Kuleen Singh & Kunwar Singh own and operate Home Instead that serves Mercer, Middlesex, Southwest Monmouth, and Morris counties.

Kunwar brings over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and holds two Master’s degrees. After a successful corporate career, he was drawn toward work with deeper emotional fulfillment, which ultimately led to the founding of this Home Instead franchise.

Kuleen transitioned from a 20-year leadership role at a global company to join Home Instead full-time. Her passion for community-building and purpose-driven work made this business a natural next step—an opportunity to create meaningful impact at the local level.

Their mission has been shaped by personal experiences caring for their own parents, both of whom were bedridden for extended periods. The exceptional support provided by caregivers during that time inspired a lasting commitment to quality home care.

At Home Instead, equal care is given to both clients and caregivers. The caregiving team is celebrated for embodying roles that go beyond traditional care—serving as companions, helpers, drivers, and even chess partners.

Outside of work, the husband-wife duo spends time outdoors with their two children and beloved dog—hiking, biking, or traveling. Kunwar is also an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed an Ironman and several Triathlons. They also love spending time with their aging parents—whether it's sharing meals, laughing over old stories, or simply being part of their daily lives.

The business is viewed not just as a job, but as a calling—one that is pursued with deep gratitude and purpose.

Nicole Stevenson serves as the Executive Director and Director of Nursing, bringing over 32 years of nursing experience and more than a decade in healthcare leadership. Her background includes roles such as Director of Quality, Clinical Liaison, and Hospice Director. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to providing exceptional care to families while building compassionate, high-performing teams.

Outside of work, time is enjoyed with her two children—Jack, a student at OSU, and Sam, a high schooler. Concerts and quality time with her rescue dog, Dusty, also bring joy.

Luisa has over 30 years of experience in Healthcare and is a crucial role at Home Instead as the Social Worker and Client Care Manager. She focuses on building strong relationships with the clients and their families to understand their needs and in guiding them through the Home Care process. Luisa represents compassion, ethics, and a true team leader.

Outside of work, her true passion is with her daughter and her 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Charlotte supports clinical quality and caregiver readiness with over 13 years of experience in home care and nursing supervision. She is passionate about professional development and ensuring continuity of care for clients and families.

Erica Conquest brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, with more than two decades dedicated to nursing home care. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with both elders and the caregivers who support them, gaining a deep understanding of quality care from multiple perspectives. Erica’s experience spans several departments, including therapy, activities, unit secretary, medical records, and human resources. Five years into her career, she found her true passion as a staffing coordinator—a role she has excelled in ever since. Erica takes great pride in ensuring that both clients and caregivers are satisfied with the care being provided and received. She believes the key to achieving this is maintaining full staffing while also prioritizing staff happiness and well-being.

In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family.

Kaye provides daily administrative and scheduling support while helping seniors and their families navigate care options with clarity and compassion.

Outside of work, solving jigsaw puzzles is a favorite pastime that brings both challenge and relaxation.
