Part Time RN

Home Instead Somers Point is looking for a part time nurse who can train and supervise our caregivers and monitor our clients. We have a friendly, supportive culture where we are all working together to help seniors age in their homes with dignity.

Schedule: 9 am-2 pm Mon-Thurs with some flexibility. Occasional weekend or evening work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services rendered by employees including CHHA's
• Perform assessments of client cases prior to opening
• Perform ongoing assessments of certified home health aide cases

Qualifications

• Must be a New Jersey licensed Registered Nurse
• 2+ years of experience in community health nursing
• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia preferred but not required
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Valid NJ Driver's License and Car Insurance.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
