As a Non-Medical Care Professional, you will be responsible for managing the care of our senior clients, companionship, and safety, assisting with basic needs, advance care needs and chronic care.
You will work one-on-one with different clients but with as much consistency as possible to meet everyone’s needs. We provide support and training to our Care Pros to begin this new chapter with confidence because to us, it's personal.
Requirements to be a Professional Care Pro:
- Must be 19 years of age
- Completion of Background Check and Drug Screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to life 25 pounds
- Effective communication with office and clients
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with demands of job
