At Home Instead, we are always looking for ways to support our local community, and this month, we’re partnering with the Nebraska Department of Veterans Affairs to help provide food for veterans in Lincoln. We’re collecting food donations throughout April, and we invite you to join us in making a difference.
Veterans have given so much in service to our country, and now it’s our turn to give back. Some of the most requested food items are:
- Canned vegetables
- Canned beans
- Pudding cups
- Fruit cups
- Spam
- Peanut butter
- Mac n cheese
- Cereal
Every donation, big or small, has the power to brighten the day of a local veteran in need.
