Andy & Brittney, Owners
Andy and Brittney are no strangers to caring for and serving people in their local community; with Brittney’s background in cosmetology and Andy’s in managing medical practices, their experience covers all ends of the spectrum. Their journey in senior care began at the Home Instead Global Headquarters in Omaha, NE. After witnessing the heart and soul put into equipping each Home Instead franchise with the knowledge, training, resources and skills needed to effectively run the best senior in-home care company across the world, they couldn’t wait to own a Home Instead of their own! Andy and Brittney relocated from Omaha to Lincoln to live and be available to the community in which they serve. They are blessed to be able to enhance the lives of seniors and their loved ones by providing unmatched in-home care as well as the opportunity to employ Care Professionals locally to live out their calling!

Brooke, Operations Manager
Brooke joined Home Instead in January 2015 as a Service Coordinator and quickly advanced to the role of Service Manager. She now serves as the Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the team. Brooke holds a degree in Medical Administration and has several years of experience working with seniors, a field in which she is deeply passionate. She also has her mini MBA certification and is always striving to learn.
In her current role, Brooke oversees both the administrative and caregiving teams, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care. She is committed to building strong, meaningful relationships with both our Care Professionals and Clients, and she thrives on the daily interactions that come with her role. Known for her persistence and problem-solving skills, Brooke embraces the variety and challenges each day brings.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their four boys, and their extended family and friends—whether it's relaxing at home, enjoying time at the lake, or cheering at her sons’ sporting events.

Molly, Office Coordinator
Molly proudly earned her degree in English Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2022. Though she initially set out to teach, she made a meaningful pivot to her current role to dedicate more time to her family and actively contribute to her church community. Passionate and versatile, Molly is excited to support the office in a variety of ways—helping to streamline operations so the team can focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. When she’s not busy being a cornerstone at church events alongside her husband, you’ll often find them casting lines on a fishing trip, curled up with a good book, enjoying movie nights, or rolling up their sleeves on home improvement projects.

Lydia, Human Resources Manager
Lydia joined the Home Instead Family in May 2025 as our dedicated Human Resources Manager. A proud Minnesota native, Lydia holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from the University of Nebraska.
Before stepping into her current role, Lydia made a meaningful impact in the field of Child Welfare, where she supported families in building stronger, healthier relationships. Her passion for people shines through in everything she does—she’s deeply committed to learning each individual’s story and walking alongside them on their journey.
Outside the office, Lydia recharges by spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new places through travel, and discovering scenic trails with her beloved dog.

Haley W., Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Haley W. joined the Home Instead family in January 2025 as our new Human Resources Administrative Assistant. A proud graduate of the University of Nebraska, Haley holds a Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Science in Education and Human Sciences. She’s no stranger to Home Instead, having previously dedicated three years as a Care Professional at another franchise.
Haley’s passion for helping others and her natural ability to connect with people make her a perfect fit for her role. She looks forward to identifying and welcoming exceptional individuals to join our Care Professional family, ensuring that our clients receive the compassionate and skilled care they deserve.
When she’s not supporting our team, Haley loves spending quality time with friends and family, exploring local events, and traveling to new destinations.

Bradi, CDP, Client Care Manager
Bradi joined the Client Care Team at Home Instead in June 2023, bringing with her a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for exceptional service. A proud graduate of Grand Canyon University with a degree in Health Care Administration, Bradi returned to her hometown of Lincoln, Nebraska, from Phoenix, Arizona, to dedicate her career to making a difference in the lives of others.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner with hands-on experience in both gastroenterology and client relations, Bradi is deeply committed to supporting older adults and their families with compassion and expertise. She finds particular fulfillment in working with individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia—building trust, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping clients live with dignity and purpose.
Bradi is continually inspired by the profound impact that Care Professionals have on the lives of clients and their families, and she brings that inspiration to every interaction.
Outside of her role, Bradi enjoys giving back through volunteer work, spending quality time with her husband and family, and exploring the beauty of America’s national parks.

Alyssa, Client Care Coordinator
Alyssa joined the Home Instead family in September 2024 as a dedicated Client Care Coordinator. Originally from the charming town of Shenandoah, Iowa, she brings a strong background in Human Services and Business, having earned her degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Currently, she’s furthering her passion for helping others by pursuing a master’s degree in Social Work at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Alyssa’s journey in home care began during her college years, when she worked as a Care Professional with Home Instead. That hands-on experience sparked a lasting commitment to supporting older adults and their families. She now takes pride in building meaningful relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the highest quality in-home care.
When she’s not working or studying, Alyssa enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending time with her loved ones, and relaxing with her cats, Remy and Sunny.

Misty, CDP, Client Care Coordinator
Misty is the heart of our Seward office, serving as the dedicated Client Care Coordinator. Originally from Texas, she made Nebraska home alongside her husband—a proud Marine Corps veteran—to be closer to his roots.
With a nursing background dating back to 2016, Misty brings a deep well of compassion and experience to her role. Her commitment to elder care shines through in everything she does, particularly in her work as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Supporting individuals and families navigating dementia isn’t just her profession—it’s her passion.
Misty and her husband live on a scenic countryside farm, where they’re raising four amazing children and a lively assortment of animals. Life is always full—whether she's cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ events or sending love to her son currently serving in the military.
When she finds a rare quiet moment, Misty enjoys unwinding with true crime documentaries or getting creative with her latest craft project. She is also a fierce advocate for veterans and their families, continuing to serve those who’ve served—both in her personal life and professional mission.

Haley C., Client Care Administrative Assistant
Haley C. became a valued member of the Home Instead family in November 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for serving others. With a dual degree in Sociology and Psychology from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska, Haley offers a thoughtful and compassionate approach to her work—grounded in both academic knowledge and real-world experience.
Before joining Home Instead, Haley spent several impactful years working in the human services field with the State of Nebraska. Her background has given her unique insight into the needs of individuals and families, and she brings that understanding into every interaction she has with our clients and caregivers.
What truly sets Haley apart is her heart. She thrives on building meaningful relationships and creating positive, supportive environments for everyone around her. Whether she's coordinating care or offering a kind word, Haley's commitment to making a difference shines through.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys the simple joys of life—spending quality time at home with her family and getting lost in a good book. Her talent, dedication, and drive to help others make her an indispensable part of our team.

Tammy, Service Coordinator
Tammy joined Home Instead in December 2024 as a dedicated Service Coordinator. With a strong background in nursing and extensive experience supporting both Care Professionals and Clients, Tammy brings compassion, expertise, and heart to her role. She has a deep passion for working with individuals living with Dementia and providing support during End of Life care—areas where her empathy and understanding truly shine.
Driven by a desire to make meaningful connections, Tammy takes pride in creating extraordinary matches between Clients and Care Professionals. Her goal is to foster professional, caring relationships that enhance the quality of life for aging adults while empowering staff to thrive in their roles.
Outside the office, Tammy cherishes time with her family and enjoys working on projects around her new home. Her warmth and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Home Instead team.

Olivia, Service Coordinator
Olivia is a seasoned professional in senior living care, with many years of experience dedicated to creating supportive, engaging, and compassionate environments for older adults. Her approach to senior care is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and a strong commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life. Whether coordinating care plans, supporting families through transitions, or mentoring staff, Olivia is known for her steady leadership and heartfelt connection to those she serves.
Before relocating to Lincoln, Olivia managed a successful day spa in Kansas, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and hospitality—skills that continue to inform her thoughtful, person-centered approach to senior living.
When she's not in the office, Olivia is a professional artist with the Burkholder Project in Downtown Lincoln, where she maintains an active studio practice. She holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts and Professional Practices. Olivia also loves to read and spend time with her cat Beef.
