Meet Our Team

Dale was born and raised on a farm in the Lawrence Nebraska area. He married Colleen Hoarty in 1984 and they had two children, Chelsey and Alex. He was a farmer and later auto technician and eventually had his own small business repair shop. He and his wife moved to Omaha for a job opportunity. Dale and Colleen were introduced to Home Instead Senior Care in 2003 and both felt this was a way to provide quality service to seniors, give back to the community and be closer to their own parents. They were awarded a Home Instead franchise in 2003 in their home town area. They opened the doors in January of 2004. Dale has been very active in community and church activities and the Alzheimer's Association. Dale has little time for hobbies but enjoys golfing, camping, reading, spending time with family, working in his shop and playing with his granddaughter's Jacey and Terryn.

Alex was born in Omaha NE and moved to Hastings with his parents in 2003. He graduated from St Cecilia High School in 2011 and graduated from UNK with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2015. He was a part of Home Instead while growing up and witnessed the quality of service the company strived for. After working a variety of jobs he changed his career path and has joined the Home Instead team. Alex and his wife, Kate, live in Giltner NE with their two dogs, who go everywhere with them. One of the dogs, Sadie, is a regular fixture at the office. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and working with his dad in his shop.

Katie was born in Lincoln, NE and raised in Clay Center, NE. She moved to Wyoming months before graduation and furthered her education at Eastern Wyoming College. She moved back to Nebraska in 2019 and has since worked as a Paraprofessional, Family Support Worker, and Program Support Specialist. She comes from a large family and has a heart for people. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs. 

Dominga was born in Columbus, NE and raised in Kenesaw,NE. She graduated from Kenesaw Highschool in 2022 and is currently furthering her education in Nursing at the Central Community College of Hastings. In her free time, Dominga loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog Cash.

Amber was born and raised in Monterey Bay California. She later moved to Colorado in 2010 and then to Nebraska in 2022 with her girls. She and her husband run their Hardwood flooring business located in Colorado. Amber joined our team as caregiver and later became our Home Care Consultant.  In 2008 Amber earned her bachelors in business administration and HR. In her free time Amber enjoys doing local activities with her kids and volunteering her time with various organizations.
