  • Personalized Service
    Our staff is committed to providing a top-notch service to our clients. We treat every client as if they were our only client and hence, make it a very personal experience for them.  Our agency is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to any issues or concerns.  We provide individualized training in the home for your Care Professionals because we recognize every client has different needs.

  • Care Professional Compatibility
    Over the years, we have developed a reputation in our community for hiring caring, dependable, and well-trained employees. We are also known for our process of consistently making a good match between the skills and personalities of our caregivers to the needs and desires of our clients.

  • Initial Care Consultation
    We meet with every client prior to beginning our service.  At this initial meeting, we explain our services, answer any questions, and get a thorough understanding of the specific needs of a client so that we can provide a quality-focused care plan and select an appropriate caregiver. This consultation is free of charge.

  • Quality Assurance
    Each time you have a new Care Professional, one of our Admin staff or a Care Pro who knows your loved one well will be there to introduce the new Care Pro to you and provide our Care Pro the necessary training to meet your care needs.  Staff then make regular visits to the client’s home to review their care plan, revise when necessary, and to ensure we are providing an exceptional service.

  • Care Professional Training and Insurance
    Home Instead has developed an exclusive ongoing mandatory training program that ensures our employees are thoroughly educated and well equipped to respond to our clients’ needs.  We also bond, provide liability insurance, and pay caregiver unemployment, state, federal and other required payroll-related taxes, eliminating any risk exposure to our clients.
