During the 6 years that she spent working towards her Master's in Business degree from Wayne State College, Andrea worked as in-home care provider for seniors. This experience and her strong desire to help seniors and those who are disabled stay in their homes, led her to her fulfilling journey with Home Instead. After serving as the General Manager for 11 years, Andrea purchased the business in 2018. Andrea takes great pride in leading a dynamic, close-knit team that is responsible for changing the face of aging in the communities that they serve. Her husband Levi works full time with Black Hills Energy. Levi and Andrea have been blessed with 5 precious children--daughters-Graycen, Ashlyn, and Brooklyn and son Logan light up their lives and their home with love and laughter. Their beloved daughter Lauryn, who was stillborn, smiles down upon them from Heaven.

Jennifer has lengthy career experience in the service industry, working as a case manager in New York for people with developmental disabilities. This experience made her a perfect fit for her move to Nebraska and her career with Home Instead. As our Operations Manager, she is providing leadership to the team and organization and working closely with administrative team members, CAREGivers, referral providers, clients and families to ensure they find a trusted solution in Home Instead through the deliver of high quality care and employment experiences. Jennifer and her husband Mike live near Carroll, NE. Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, including daughter Jazmine; visiting their cabin by the river; watching the Yankees; and traveling.

After completing her BSN at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Sierra took her CAREGiving career with Home Instead to the next level, by joining the administrative team, as their Client Care Advisor. The three years of dedicated CAREGiving experience, coupled with her nursing degree, provide Sierra with unique firsthand insight and valuable knowledge, to ensure a quality experience for the valued clients and Care Pros of Home Instead. As the Client Care Advisor, Sierra serves as the bridge between ensuring quality, retention, and satisfaction of the heart and soul of our business, by performing in-depth quality assurance checks of our clients and overseeing the development and training preparedness of our Care Pros. In her free time, Sierra enjoys time with her family and friends, writing, traveling, and mission work. As a strong believer in lifelong learning, Sierra has continued her education journey and is currently a student at Wayne State College.

Cory is no stranger to serving seniors. Prior to joining the administrative team, Cory faithfully shared his time, talent, and skills with Home Instead as a dedicated Caregiver, since 2017. As our Service Coordinator, Cory manages all of the scheduling needs of the organization and prides himself on identifying extraordinary matches between our treasured clients and valued CAREGivers to ensure a high quality experience for clients, families, and CAREGivers alike. Cory resides in Columbus with his family and in his free time he enjoys, most of all, the time he spends with wife Myrissa and their sons, Jude and Soul. Cory also enjoys music, the guitar, and sports.

Beatriz began her journey with Home Instead as a compassionate and dedicated CAREGiver, where she quickly made a lasting impact on the lives of clients and their families through her kindness, reliability, and heart for service. Her commitment to providing exceptional care and her passion for helping others naturally led her into her new role as Office Coordinator. In her position, Beatriz helps support the day-to-day operations of the office while continuing to be a friendly and dependable resource for clients, family members, and CAREGivers alike. Her first hand caregiving experience gives her a unique understanding of the Home Instead mission and allows her to connect with both clients and CAREGivers in a meaningful way. Having completed her Associate's Degree in Business Administration in December 2025, Beatriz is excited to continue growing professionally while gaining valuable experience in office operations and management. Outside of work, Beatriz enjoys a quieter pace of life and values spending time with her boyfriend and family. She enjoys going to the gym, occasional shopping trips, and attending church with her family on the weekends.

From across the world, Benj and Home Instead found the perfect match in each other! With a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and experience as a high school teacher, along with an extensive background in corporate recruiting, Benj was drawn to Home Instead's meaningful mission and quickly found his "home" here. As a remote employee, based in the Philippines, Benj remains closely connected to his local Home Instead team. He dedicates his efforts to recruiting the best CAREGivers in the industry, ensuring high-quality care for our valued clients and peace of mind for their families. Benj also specializes in managing projects that contribute to the success of Home Instead. Outside of work, Benj loves staying active through hiking, working out at the gym, and spending quality time with family, friends, and his beloved dog, Pogi. He's always up for an adventure!

As our Support Specialist, working diligently behind the scenes to manage a wide range of projects that enhance the experience of both our cherished clients and valued Care Professionals. She is especially recognized for leading the heartwarming Be a Santa to a Senior program, which brings holiday cheer to hundreds of isolated seniors across Northeast Nebraska each year. A native of rural Wayne, Kiara is a graduate of Northeast Community College and is currently pursuing Pre-Professional Dentistry, with plans to become a Dental Hygienist. Outside of her commitments to work, school, and volleyball coaching, Kiara enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, relaxing at the lake, shopping, and traveling.

After a lengthy career in long term care administration, Kim found her way to Home Instead and they have been a great match for one another, ever since! With her keen eye for detail, Kim ensures accuracy and timeliness by overseeing billing and payroll and other administrative functions. Her husband and her also stay busy with their business, Dvorak Electric. They have two beloved sons, Christopher and Cameron. Kim enjoys time with family and friends, outings on their side by side, and travel. She is also a die hard Elvis fan and has an amazing collection of fun Elvis memorabilia!
