This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate new client inquiries and schedule consultations
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding Care Pros
  • Support billing, payroll, and record-keeping tasks
  • Help coordinate staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain office supplies and support daily operations
  • Participate in special projects and provide occasional caregiving support

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Prior office, customer service, or healthcare experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office tools
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-focused
