Nick is a seasoned professional with small-town values that shape his approach to leadership and care. Growing up on a farm in West-Central Nebraska, Nick learned the importance of hard work and community from an early age. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has since accumulated over 19 years of leadership experience supporting servicing teams. Nick is deeply committed to elevating the customer experience for our clients and their families throughout the aging process.
Nick's journey to Home Instead is deeply personal. The passing of his father, Jim, profoundly impacted him. Jim was a vibrant man who loved farming until a stroke changed everything. For the last eight years of his life, Jim was in and out of skilled care and assisted living facilities. Watching the dedicated men and women care for his father during those challenging times left a lasting impression on Nick. It was their compassion and dedication that inspired Nick to advocate for better senior care options, ensuring that others receive the same level of care and dignity his father did.

Julie grew up on a farm in Eastern Nebraska, developing a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. She studied Psychology and Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Bellevue University. With over 20 years in leadership roles, Julie has extensive experience in service and customer care, change management, and customer advocacy.
Driven by personal experiences with elderly care, Julie is committed to advocating for better senior care options. She believes in providing compassionate and dignified care, ensuring seniors receive the support and respect they deserve. Julie's dedication and empathetic nature make her a key member of the Home Instead team, positively impacting the lives of seniors and their families.

With over 20 years of experience in health care, Emily has devoted her career to supporting older adults and fostering meaningful connections. Since joining Home Instead in 2021, she’s taken pride in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring clients receive compassionate, consistent care. Emily thrives in the collaborative, caring environment of our team and genuinely enjoys engaging with people every day.

Originally from Fremont, Nebraska, Emily is a proud wife and mom to two energetic boys who keep her busy with their many sports and activities. When she’s not at work or chauffeuring to practices, she loves spending time with her family and their lovable Great Pyrenees, Murphy

Brandi Gibney joined Home Instead on April 1, 2025, inspired by the exceptional care the company provided to both of her grandmothers during their journeys with Alzheimer’s. As a Home Care Consultant, Brandi brings deep compassion and personal understanding to every family she supports. Her mission is to help others experience the same level of dignity, comfort, and trust that meant so much to her own loved ones.

After graduating high school, Brandi proudly served in the U.S. Navy, stationed on a ship out of San Diego, California. Her time in the military instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, service, and teamwork. Qualities she carries into her work every day.
Brandi is proud to serve the Fremont community, working closely with families to create personalized care plans that honor each client’s unique needs. Her empathetic approach and dedication to quality care make her a trusted resource for those navigating the challenges of aging at home.

In addition to her role at Home Instead, Brandi is an active Fremont Chamber diplomat and serves on the Main Street board. She enjoys being part of these organizations as a way to stay connected and give back to her community.
Outside of work, Brandi enjoys camping whenever she can and cherishes time with her family, her greatest joy. Together, they love doing “all the things,” from cheering on her son in football and baseball to supporting her daughter, who just finished t-ball and is excited to start volleyball this fall. Her family also shares a lively football rivalry between the Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs, which keeps game days exciting! When she has a little spare time, Brandi enjoys golfing with her husband, Steve.
