Sheena Sando

Sheena grew up in Grafton, North Dakota, and graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Community Health Education. She also has a nursing degree from Pickens Technical College, Aurora, Colorado. She has worked in the health field for over a decade in different specialties such as Cardiology, Endocrinology, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Homes. Her love for Gerontology brought her to Home Instead nine years ago. Her passion has always been serving and caring for those around her. In addition to being an advocate for seniors, Sheena is a board member with West Fargo Area Community Partners. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Drew, and her two children: Trew (13) and Hadley (10). The Sando family enjoys spending summers at the lake, sports, fishing, and waterparks!

Kim has been with Home Instead for almost 3 years. She is "enhancing lives" here at Home Instead by bringing out the best in our Care Professionals and Key Players through learning and development opportunities. "Our clients have quality care due mainly to the educational resources and training our Care Pros receive." Kim has a multitude of leadership competences in the education and human resource field. She served as a teacher, a consultant, and elementary principal for over 20 years. Leaving public education led her to follow her passion in professional development as a corporate training and development manager in a research facility. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her grandson, Henry! Other blessings include, spending time at the lake in the summer, traveling, going to live music events - enjoying life!

Brittni Kraft-McGarry

Registered Nurse

Brittni grew up in Minot, ND and has lived in Fargo since 2013. She graduated from the University of Mary in 2012 with her bachelor's degree in nursing, then with her master's degree in nursing leadership and administration in 2018. Her experience as a Registered Nursing includes inpatient rehab, mental health, and med/surg. She has also worked in a Fargo dermatology clinic, home health and hospice. She has fulfilled multiple leadership roles over the years and has now found herself wanting to return to her passion- caring for people in their homes. Her goal is to boost the quality of care in our community and help people stay in their homes as long as possible. Away from work Brittni enjoys watching hockey, spending time with her family: her husband, Casey, her three boys- Camdyn, Carter, and Crew, and her mini goldendoodle and cat. She also enjoys peace and quiet (a rarity!), drinking [lots of] coffee, and bible study.

Diane grew up in Iowa. After attending Des Moines Area Community College, she departed for education abroad in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. 25 years abroad living, studying and working has given her a rounded education in humanity's various cultures and languages. In the USA Diane has followed the compassionate calling of assisting and caring for seniors through hospice organizations as well as being associated with Home Instead Senior Care since 2006. Diane moved to Fargo, ND with her Danish husband in January of 2007. Their 2 grown children with families visit frequently. Diane spends her free time encouraging others to look within for the true peace and understanding of this lifetime.
