Love being on the move and setting the standard for exceptional care? We are looking for an experienced, adaptable Caregiver to serve as a Mobile Field Leader across our regional service territory. You'll mentor fellow caregivers, enjoy guaranteed hours, and receive 24/7 office support.

Serving Nash/Edgecombe counties and surrounding areas.

The Role: Frontline Leadership

Because our agency covers a broad multi-county service area, daily driving and willingness to travel to various communities are essential parts of this leadership role.

• Field Mentorship: Support, orient, and guide caregivers on-site across our full regional territory.
• Direct Care Excellence: Provide dependable, high-quality care (ADLs, Alzheimer's/dementia support, companionship, errands).
• Rapid Response & Coverage: Step in for essential client visits, introductions, and shift support across surrounding counties.
• Communication Link: Document client needs and keep our office team fully connected to what's happening in the field.

What We Are Looking For

• Comfortable Driving: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle (ready and willing to travel across our regional area).
• Proven Care Background: Solid experience in home care, memory care, or senior living (CNA, PCA, or HHA) with demonstrated skill supporting clients living with Alzheimer's and dementia.
• Natural Leadership: Adaptable, self-motivated, proactive, and positive under pressure.
• Pet Friendly: Comfortable visiting homes with household pets (dogs, cats, etc.).
• Standard Checks: Must successfully complete DMV screening, background check, and drug test.
