Our office has been serving older adults and families in the Rocky Mount area for over 25 years. That longevity reflects consistent local presence, long-standing relationships with families, and a care team with deep experience in the community.

Our office is part of a group that employs approximately 250 Care Pros across the region. That depth of staffing means we can respond to new requests quickly, maintain consistent coverage, and provide backup when a client's needs change.

Yes. Dementia and memory care are among the most common services families in our area request, and they are areas we are well practiced in. We have a close working relationship with the Dementia Alliance of NC — a distinct organization from the Alzheimer's Association — and we sponsor their work.

Care Pros supporting clients with Alzheimer's or dementia complete Home Instead's dementia-specific training on communication, behavior changes, sundowning and wandering prevention, with ongoing education as needs evolve.

We sponsor the Dementia Alliance of NC and participate in the Dementia Alliance Walk each year. We also take part in the Be a Santa to a Senior community-giving campaign, which raises donations for isolated and in-need seniors at Christmastime.
