At Home Instead, our Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seniors receive the care, compassion, and connection they deserve. This position blends relationship management, scheduling, and care planning — all with the goal of helping older adults live safely and happily at home.
What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
- Conduct & coordinate introductions with the scheduler and lead care pros
- Coordinate with our scheduler to match clients with the right care pros
- Support client and caregiver retention through exceptional service and Quality Assurance visits
- Collaborate closely with office staff to ensure smooth communication and quality care

- Experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service preferred
