At Home Instead, our Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seniors receive the care, compassion, and connection they deserve. This position blends relationship management, scheduling, and care planning — all with the goal of helping older adults live safely and happily at home.

What You’ll Do

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
  • Conduct & coordinate introductions with the scheduler and lead care pros
  • Coordinate with our scheduler to match clients with the right care pros
  • Support client and caregiver retention through exceptional service and Quality Assurance visits
  • Collaborate closely with office staff to ensure smooth communication and quality care
