Stephen Lair is the franchise owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Chapel Hill. He was selected as a member of the E.A. Morris Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in 2009 and has been twice chosen as one of WCHL's Hometown Hero Village Pride Award recipients. As an Eagle Scout, Stephen has always had a passion for the outdoors and is heavily involved as a leader with the local Boy Scouts of America. Stephen has served as host for a variety of local events such as the Alzheimer's Walk, the National Parkinsons Foundation's Moving Day and Wreaths Across America.  Stephen is also a highly sought after speaker, singer, emcee and auctioneer. As a local expert on aging, Stephen has made appearances on Time Warner Cable News, WCHL, UNCTV, WNCN, WCHL and iHeartradio. Stephen and his wife, Cher, have seven remarkable sons and one incredible daughter: Jackson, Campbell, Sawyer, Houston, Shepherd, Knox, Fisher and Ruby.

As Director of Client Services, Sheila builds trustworthy relationships and ensures that meeting the needs of the clients and their families are a priority.  As a former business owner, she brings significant experience in both client relations and business acumen to her role.  In her spare time Sheila has been a longstanding volunteer in both her church and community.

With many years of working in the senior-care industry, Stephanie matches her compassionate heart with a wealth of knowledge that is a tremendous blessing to everyone she encounters.

Jessica has dedicated her career to the home-care industry, bringing years of experience and heartfelt commitment to every role she takes on. She began her journey supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and now serves clients through her work with Honor and Home Instead. Jessica is deeply passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, ensuring each care plan is as compassionate and personalized as possible. Her clients know her as a tireless advocate—someone who listens, understands, and works hard to earn their trust every day.
