Walking alongside a loved one through an Alzheimer’s diagnosis changes how you see the world. It teaches you about patience, presence, and simple moments of connection. Supporting families through memory loss is how we show up for our neighbors every day. Events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s give us a chance to wrap our arms around local families and fight for a future filled with hope.
The journey continues, and we are gearing up for the upcoming Walk to End Alzheimer’s for Gaston, Cleveland, and Lincoln counties! Join us on Saturday, October 10th, at Rotary Centennial Park in Gastonia, 107 N South St. Check-in at 9am, followed by the Opening Ceremony at 10am.
