We are actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide dedicated, compassionate in-home care to aging adults across the Greater Charlotte area.

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on personal care assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

  • Alzheimer's and dementia care.

  • Foster genuine companionship and emotional well-being.

  • Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

  • Transportation and errands.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active NC- CNA registry listing in good standing.

  • 1+ years of hands-on caregiving experience preferred (facility, home care, or memory care settings).

  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

  • Dependable, communicative, empathetic, and dedicated to senior care.
