​ Kristin comes to Home Instead with over a decade of sales experience and is tasked with providing support and direction to the local Home Care Consultants at each of our four franchise locations. She works tirelessly with our team in Randolph County to build a network of community partners by incorporating our holistic approach to serving aging adults and their families. Providing exceptional care for seniors requires the seamless integration of local doctors, nurses, communities, and services. We are blessed to have Kristin leading that charge on behalf of the seniors we are privileged to serve.

At the helm of our operations in Asheboro is our General manager, Tracey. Tracey began her journey with Home Instead years ago as a caregiver and has held virtually every position imaginable since. As a lifelong resident of the area, she brings a tremendous commitment to the aging members of the local community and is excited to be able to make a difference in Randolph County

​ If you haven't met Campbell yet, you will! Campbell has always been what people call "an old soul" and is excited to be joining the family business of serving seniors in Randolph county. As our Home Care Consultant in Asheboro, he works to connect seniors to the resources they need to stay independent and brokers partnerships with local facilities to make sure that our aging family members receive the help they deserve. In his free time, Campbell has a passion for the outdoors and for all things music.

Kelly rejoined the Home Instead family in 2021 after time as an elementary school teacher. Kelly works behind the scenes to make sure that our financial house is in order. If you have questions about all things related to money, chances are Kelly will be involved. Kelly makes sure that invoices are sent out and processed on a timely basis. She also makes sure the caregivers are paid for all the hard work they do each day. Additionally, she also assists our families with the facilitation of their Long Term Care Insurance claims process and works to make sure our operations are compliant with all applicable rules and regulations.
