​Stephen Lair is the franchise owner of Home Instead in Chapel Hill, Burlington, Lexington, Greensboro, and now Asheboro. He has been twice chosen as one of WCHL's Hometown Hero Village Pride Award recipients. As an Eagle Scout, Stephen has always had a passion for the outdoors and serves as Scoutmaster for Troop 213. Stephen has served as host for a variety of local events such as the Alzheimer's Walk, the National Parkinsons Foundation's Moving Day and Wreaths Across America. Stephen is also a highly sought after speaker, singer, emcee and occasional auctioneer. As a local expert on aging, Stephen has made appearances on Time Warner Cable News, WCHL, UNCTV, WNCN, WCHL and iHeartradio. Stephen and his wife, Cher, have seven remarkable sons and one incredible daughter: Jackson, Campbell, Sawyer, Houston, Shepherd, Knox, Fisher and Ruby.

If you haven't met Campbell yet, you will! Campbell has always been what people call "an old soul" and is excited to be joining the family business of serving seniors in Randolph county. As our Business Development Advisor in Asheboro, he works to connect seniors to the resources they need to stay independent and brokers partnerships with local facilities to make sure that our aging family members receive the help they deserve. In his free time, Campbell has a passion for the outdoors and for all things music.

As the chief matchmaker in our organization, Natalie coordinates our client/care professional schedules to make sure we are delivering on the promises we make to each and every family we are privileged to serve.

Kelly rejoined the Home Instead family in 2021 after time as an elementary school teacher. Kelly works behind the scenes in a thousand ways- both seen and unseen. At Home Instead, our culture is based on our mission to love people well. Kelly is an integral part of weaving that intentionality into every facet of what we do. In addition to her work supporting the operations of the Asheboro franchise, she spearheads our community events and works with our team members on their personal development in their various roles.
