Tony Marchi
As owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Bozeman and Helena I am rewarded in working with some of the best people I have ever known. I also have the opportunity every day to experience the joy one gets in helping others. The relationships we have built through the years with people in the healthcare community has opened the door to knowledge that is crucial in caring for our senior clients. Establishing trust, sharing our heart, and taking the lead has been and will continue to be our focus, but above all making the world better for our clients and their families is our mission. At Home Instead Senior Care we love what we do!
I am motivated by my own mother, father, and grandmother who struggled with cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s. I know firsthand how difficult it can be for families as well as the individual suffering through these health issues. Just because we age or have illness doesn’t mean we quit living.
Through our experience, world class training programs, and passion to help others we offer solutions for you and your loved ones by providing kind, caring, and compassionate care. Someone recently said, “If you do just one kind thing every day for someone else, you will always be happy”. At Home Instead Senior Care we know this is true!

Ruth Ann Marchi
Hi, my name is Ruth Ann, and I am the other franchise owner here in Bozeman and Gallatin County. I owe so much to my parents who taught me to treat others with dignity and respect. I know they learned it from their parents and them from theirs as we are from a long line of pioneering families. I believe doing for others is the best work of life so when my husband and I got the opportunity to help seniors live a better life here in Southwest Montana I jumped on and held tight. I’m named after both of my Grandmothers. Ruth lived to be 104. When she turned 100 there was a big family birthday party and granny played softball with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a short lady, but everyone looked up to her. My Mom was 40 when I was born and my Daddy, 45. Almost always I remember being a CAREGiver. Mom had Rheumatoid Arthritis real bad and Daddy had Diabetes and Parkinson’s Disease. I helped a lot, but I was just a kid. They had it rough. As I got older I got better. If Home Instead Senior Care had existed then they could have had a more fulfilling life. Now I own a Home Instead Senior Care Franchise. There’s not too many days that go by that I don’t think about my folks. I take my job seriously and look for seniors that need help. The CAREGivers we hire are compassionate and caring people. They are wonderful individuals. I wish I could have had them help take care of my parents. We teach them that every person’s life is worth a novel, we know they treat everyone with dignity and respect. If you are looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to help your loved one you came to the right place. “To us, it really is personal.”

Jon Marchi, Owner
Jon joined the Home Instead network in 2017 after serving in a variety of challenging roles that has equipped him with several unique and valuable skills in the senior care industry. Post 9/11, Jon enlisted in the United States Army as an Infantryman and ultimately served for 4 1/2 years as a paratrooper (2 years overseas) in the 82nd Airborne Division. Jon rose to the rank of sergeant as an infantry squad leader and took great care in maintaining the health, morale, welfare and training of his subordinates. After developing critical leadership skills in a high-pressure environment, Jon was honorably discharged in 2008 and chose to continue his development by pursuing higher education. Jon enrolled as an undergraduate at The University of Montana in 2009, acquiring degrees (with honors) in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Economics. Upon graduation, Jon sought a challenge that would allow him to continue with his professional development. In 2012 he moved to New York City and worked for the largest and most competitive financial institutions in the world. Jon took on significant responsibility in his roles and was rapidly promoted due to his ability to consistently exceed expectations. In 2016, Jon reached a point in his career where he was confronted with a decision to either pursue an advanced degree to continue his advancement in the financial services industry, or to do something new. With strong family ties to Montana and Home Instead, Jon chose to leave financial services in order to have a positive impact on the senior care industry. Jon takes pride in serving a greater need as well as placing the needs of the team over his own. Since joining Home Instead Jon has been able to successfully navigate several challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining a stable staff. Having been involved in orchestrating care for more than 1,000 families, Jon has the depth and breadth to navigate any challenges we will be faced with in the future.

Smokey, "The Therapy Dog"
Smokey, a genuine registered Blue Tick Coonhound, is the mascot for Home Instead Senior Care. Our staff, CAREGivers, and clients just love him, and he compassionately loves them back. He flew in from Tennessee back in 2014 and has been helping to enhance the lives of others since then. You might see Old Smokey traveling to any of the senior communities in Southwest Montana or right up to a client’s house to share his affection for all he comes in contact with. When Old Smokey isn’t working to please others he likes lying in front of a good fire or frankly lying anywhere, after all he’s a hound dog! If you are a client and want Old Smokey to come see you just give our office a call, and he will put on his jacket and head right over.
