What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership to the Care Professionals providing services in the community.
• Create and maintain client-Care Pro schedules with an emphasis on efficiency, high quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
• Monitor client progress and care needs, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Be a consistent point of contact for for clients and family members, from the first inquiry, through their tenure as our client.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Fantastic interpersonal skills, sound judgment and decision making skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills, and a desire and drive to learn the programs we use, including Word and Excel.

Requirements:

• Two years' experience caregiving in a professional capacity.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends.
