When you're ready for help, our caring staff is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior service needs. Betsy's experience as a manager and leader have prepared her well to deliver on her main goal: to ensure that both Staff and CAREGivers have the tools they need to deliver the highest quality service to seniors in our community. Betsy enjoys building relationships and improving the efficiency and efficacy of processes.

With 10 years of experience, Tori has both the knowledge and instinct that allows her to accurately assess client's needs and train competent and empathetic Care Professionals. Personal care clients and their families meet with Tori or another client care coordinator prior to the start of personal care services. Her caring personality enables clients to feel comfortable speaking with her about sensitive issues. Tori oversees the training and competency of all Care Professionals who provide personal care.

RN, Clinical Care Coordinator

Lynn has over 20 years of experience in the home care industry. Personal care clients and their families meet with Lynn or another client care coordinator prior to the start of personal care services. Lynn also leads each newly hired Care Professional through the Personal Skills training session. Her experience managing Care Professionals makes her well-suited for this role. Lynn has a warm heart and engaging personality. She leads by example and will always put the needs of the client first.

Karen has over 25 years of experience in the home care industry. Working closely with health care providers and senior care facilities, she informs and educates on the issues important to seniors. Karen is often found in the local community speaking about the many ways we are able to serve our local seniors. Karen has a contagious laugh, and her love for seniors comes shining through when you speak with her.

Bailey is responsible for overseeing client service inquiries and client care issues. She ensures that each of our clients receive the highest quality of care possible. Bailey has a "can-do" attitude, big heart and quickly builds rapport with clients and their families.

Autumn performs a variety of tasks in the coordination of community outreach and CAREGiver recruitment. She leverages her amazing interpersonal and relationship building skills to connect with local organizations, cultivate new applicants, conduct interviews and ensure our strict hiring standards are upheld. Autumn's creativity and design skills are on full display as she gins up different ways to connect with prospective CAREGivers in the community.

Melissa is responsible for creating lasting relationships between clients and their CAREGivers. Her focus is the coordination of scheduling service for clients with CAREGivers, to provide the highest quality of service to match our client's needs. Melissa co-leads our client service inquiries. Melissa is a hard-working person who is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get to work!
