John KathleenS 2023

John and Kathleen Stuck, Co-Owners

​John and Kathleen have owned and operated the Home Instead Senior Care of Minneapolis since April of 2008. He attended the University of Minnesota and has over 25 years of experience in marketing and management. John oversees the day to day operations that require a high level of communication with clients, Caregivers and office staff.

"As a franchise owner, providing a high quality service in our community is my commitment to our clients. Hearing the great stories from our Caregivers about the difference they make each day to assist our clients in staying independent, and their family members knowing they are safe when they cannot be there."

Kathleen is the CFO for our franchise with a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota and a Masters from St Thomas University.

​"It is personal to me because I can relate to our clients and their families. I know what it is like to want to be there and do more for an aging parent, while at the same time manage my own family and career."

Jessica Kraus, General Manager

Jessica plays a key role here at Home Instead, as our general Manager she oversees day to day operations, ensuring that Home Instead provides industry leading care with a professional, compassionate and client centered approach. Her love of caring for others started when she was quite young, while working in a group home with developmentally challenged young adults, which sparked her love for caregiving and led her to Nursing school.

Jessica then spent many years in cardiac acute care settings before moving into home care.

She has spent the last 15 years in Care Coordination, Staffing, overseeing Client Services, and Recruitment.

"I want our clients and families to have absolute trust in the Care Professionals we send into their homes. To know they are in good hands, with highly qualified and professional caregivers.

To know that we have been selective in finding the special someone to be there in their time of need is of utmost importance to us.”

Oliva Mass, Client Care Coordinator

Olivia came to Home Instead with a background in kinesiology and holistic health studies. She is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and well-being and has had the privilege to do this in both gym and clinical settings for over a decade, specifically working with individuals experiencing neurological diagnoses and guiding them toward improved movement, function, and overall wellness. 

With many years of direct client care, her transition into the Client Care Coordinator role felt very natural. She is excited to translate her previous client experience into empowering older adults to live their best independent lives and focus on what is important to them.

Stacey Lippert, Client Care Advisor

I joined Home Instead with a background in long-term care, both as a caregiver and in administrative roles. My experience caring for my own grandmother, along with my time working in long-term care, opened my eyes to how meaningful it is to support older adults and their families. Those experiences sparked a true passion for serving the senior community. As a Client Care Coordinator, I feel incredibly grateful to help families find the care and support they need so their loved ones can safely age in place and continue enjoying the homes and communities they’ve built their lives in.

Sara Hadley

Sara Hadley, RN

Sara has over 30 years of nursing experience, most of which was cardiac ICU and Level 1 trauma. After leaving the hospital setting, she went into Hospice nursing and quickly learned of the growing need for caregiving within people’s own homes. “More people are choosing to stay home rather than going into long term care facilities but need care at home. This brought me to Home Instead. Being able to help people stay in their own environment by providing excellent caregivers to assist them is very rewarding!”

Sara raised 2 beautiful daughters who she is extremely proud of. Whether it’s a day of thrifting, watching movies, taking nature walks or traveling, Sara loves being with her daughters. They also have a super cute rescue dog named Perdita.

Deanna Ruddy 2024

Deanna Ruddy, Service Coordinator

​Deanna came to Home Instead with an extensive background in customer service. Her experience within Assisted Living both as the Concierge greeting residents and visitors, as well as managing staffing for employees within multiple care environments allows her to successfully build relationships with our clientele and their families meeting the needs of the client, and ensuring Caregiver connections are successful.

It's personal to me because I can relate to clients and their families. I had a Grandmother in a nursing home and seeing how she was loved and the compassion that was given to her while caring for her is why I know I wanted to do the same thing for clients and their families.

Jennifer Gilmore, Business Development Advisor

With over a decade of experience in the Senior Care Network, Jen is a dedicated leader known for her supportive and empowering approach.

Her commitment to providing families and professionals with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions is deeply personal.

Having a grandmother who receives daily care, has given Jen a profound appreciation for the relief that comes from having trusted, compassionate professionals in the industry.

Fayth Yang, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Fayth recently joined Home Instead as our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Fayth came to Home Instead with experience working both as a caregiver and also as a scheduling manager. She has expanded her passion for the health care industry for 8 years and is continuing to grow. She loves building relationships with the staff and clientele, taking pride in being able to solve problems they are facing and working together as a team.

When Fayth worked on the floor as a caregiver, she understood that she was the voice of the clients we served, and helped made a difference in their lives. She realized she had a passion for being the help they needed, and building a beautiful relationship with the clients. As a scheduling manager, she was still able to build a relationship with the staff and clienteles and make a difference. Now she is proud to be recruiting for Home Instead, finding caregivers with integrity and compassion to serve our communities.
