Victoria finds the challenge of being the General Manager enjoyable. With our average of 300 clients at any one time, she must schedule CAREGivers for each need that arises. She was inspired by working with seniors in her prior career as a stylist, and saw the opportunity to really help them in their lives as a natural fit.

"I like to keep them in their homes because it is a safe, familiar place where family can be available," she says. Matching the right CAREGiver with each senior is something she takes pride in.

Passionate about people, Bernadette brings 25+ years of experience in career development and recruiting. As the Human Resource Manager, Bernadette is an advocate for personal and professional growth. She is always striving to learn and earned her BS in Community Development and Services from Central Michigan University at the age of 51. Being part of the process to help aging adults is very dear to her heart. Bernadette is also a mom to her daughter Jackey and has a love for golf, college sports, swimming, and dogs.

Deborah has worked as a nurse for many years. She has one child and very much enjoys working with the senior population.

With a strong background in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in the field, I bring a unique blend of skills and dedication to my role in Quality Assurance at Home Instead. My commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care is driven by a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. As a proud parent of two wonderful children, I understand the importance of providing compassionate and reliable care. My expertise ensures that every aspect of our services meets and exceeds expectations, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for all our clients.
