July 2026 Care Professional of the Month: Shenise
My name is Shenise , and becoming a Care Professional was a natural choice for me because I’ve always had a heart helping others. My passion for Elder Care comes from my own personal experience watching my grandmother go through dementia. That journey inspired me to provide compassionate Dementia Careand taught me patience, empathy, and how meaningful even the smallest moments of care can be.
I’m currently in school working toward becoming a nurse, so caregiving is not just a job for me—it’s part of my purpose. I truly enjoy making people feel safe, comfortable, and valued, and I always strive to bring a positive, compassionate presence wherever I go. Whether I’m providing Elder Care, supporting families through Dementia Care, or simply offering companionship, I believe every person deserves dignity, respect, and kindness. Being able to make a difference in someone’s life each day is incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful to serve as a Care Professional doing what I love.
