April 2026 Care Professional of the Month: Janeen
We are proud to recognize Janeen as our Care Professional of the Month for April.
Janeen is kind, very professional, and carries out her duties with great responsibility. Being a Care Professional is not for everyone—it requires compassion and a genuine love for helping others.
Providing care for the elderly calls for persistence, creativity, and a strong mindset. There are both rewarding and challenging days. For example, supporting a client with dementia requires patience, compassion, and adaptability, while even the smoother days rely on kindness and dedication to ensure meaningful care.
At Home Instead Rockville, we support our Care Professionals by offering two annual trainings that focus on important topics such as elderly behavior, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other key areas that help enhance the quality of care we provide.
We truly appreciate Janeen’s work ethic and the compassion she shows to her clients. We are confident that both the client and their family recognize and value the care you provide.
