Brice and Candice are passionate about providing quality in-home care to the seniors and families of this community. A former school administrator, Brice's family has been living in Harford County for generations. Candice has also lived in Harford County for most of her life, where she built a successful career in human resources. Together with their office staff, Brice and Candice are working to improve the lives of seniors in Harford and Cecil Counties, so they may continue to live safely and comfortably in their homes.

Emily joined the family business in 2016. With a professional background working with LifeBridge Health and a personal mission to help people and make a difference, Home Instead has been a perfect fit. Here, she has the role of managing daily operations and supporting the office team so they can ensure our clients have the best possible care. When she isn't at work, Emily loves reading, hiking and spending time with her husband, two children and their spastic poodle, Jack.

Kim joined Home Instead in 2015. She brings many years of professional experience in the health care field, where she worked as a surgical coordinator and medical secretary. A compassion and commitment to helping others has always been in her heart. As our Service Manager, she oversees the care of all Home Instead clients. Kim lives in Fallston and is a proud Ravens fan. She loves spending time at the beach and enjoys being out in nature whenever possible. Most of all, she treasures time with her daughter and four grandchildren.

Business Development Advisor

As our Business Development Advisor, Tracey builds and nurtures our relationships with health care providers and community partners in the Harford and Cecil region. With a professional background in health care, specifically primary care and hospice, she is perfectly positioned to represent Home Instead with other area providers serving seniors. Currently living in Bel Air, Tracey is a mom to three boys, cat lover and Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys being active in her free time.

As our Recruitment Coordinator, Yvette is responsible for carefully selecting, screening and hiring our fantastic Care Professionals. Having started with Home Instead in 2010 and working as a Care Pro herself for 15+ years, she is ideally equipped for knowing and recognizing the characteristics of a great caregiver. Yvette lives in Bel Air with her family.

With her regular, in-person medical assessments, Rhonda ensures our clients are receiving personalized care that fits their needs and abilities. Her decades of nursing experience and compassion for clients and families work hand in hand to help Rhonda provide expert assessments of our clients. And when there is a concern or question, she is always quick to respond with a clinician's perspective. Rhonda lives in Havre de Grace with her horses, goats, pigs and the rest of her petting zoo.

As a retired LPN, Joanna first became a Home Instead Care Professional in 2017, a role she still maintains as her duties with Home Instead have expanded. Today, Joanna ensures that Home Instead is the best in the business by providing our advanced person-centered dementia training program to new Care Pros; checking in with clients to solicit feedback on our service; and introducing Care Pros to new clients to ensure the foundation of a strong, long-lasting relationship is in place.

On-Call Supervisor

As a Care Professional and a Certified Nursing Assistant, Julia works hard to respond calmly and knowledgeably to all client and Care Pro questions and concerns during off hours. Home Instead provides service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we want those we serve to rest assured that, no matter what time or day, calm expertise from a live person is just a phone call away. Julia takes pride in assisting our families and employees with urgent matters and providing peace of mind and comfort.
