Kathy is our August Care Pro of the month! Kathy has been an amazing, dependable and dedicated Care Pro for a couple long-term clients. She goes above and beyond caring for their unique or challenging circumstances. Her patience, professionalism and compassion shines through with every interaction. No matter what the situation, she approaches her clients with understanding, respect and helps them feel comfortable and supported. Our July Care Pro of the month is Karianne!!! Karianne has been with the Home Instead family for a year and a half. As soon as she was hired, she was matched with a lovely client and has been with her ever since! Karianne drives a good distance each day for this client as well. The client said over the holidays, "Karianne decorated the living room area so I could enjoy Christmas with all my decorations”. Not only has she been a wonderful source of support for this client, but the home has produced some situations that Karianne has been able to handle with grace and redirection. We thank you Karianne, for your consistency, always showing up, even when you know it could be a tough day. Your dedication to us, the client and their family is magnificent!!!!

We are honored to recognize Wilisha as our Care Pro of the Month. For five years, Wilisha cared for our Client, Ms. Barbara, with incredible dedication, compassion, and grace—right up until the day she passed. Wilisha became a true friend to Ms.

Barbara, offering not only physical support but emotional warmth and companionship every step of the way. Her care left a lasting impression on Ms. Barbaraʼs family, who expressed deep appreciation for the love and devotion Wilisha consistently showed. Ms. Barbara shared, “If you ever need a description of a perfect caregiver, just take note of all that Wilisha does and follow those points.” Wilishaʼs commitment is a beautiful reminder of how powerful and meaningful caregiving can be. Please help us congratulate Volitta, our May Care Pro of the month! Volitta joined the Home Instead family almost six years ago! Dependable and steady are the best ways to describe her. Having one client for a couple of years now has enabled Volitta to become a trusted care professional and friend for this

client with dementia. This client will decline tasks for many, however, Volitta has tricks up her sleeve to get things accomplished! Volitta is sure to be at her shift without fail, knowing her client and the client's family are depending on her. over a year ago with a vast amount of experience that she puts to good use with her clients. Jessica leaves messages about any concerns she has, enabling us to put other resources in place that will keep the client independent in their home. Reliable is the best way to describe Debra, our March Care Pro of the month! Deb is just short of celebrating eight successful years with our Home Instead family! Deb is always filling in for us in addition to her regular clients. She is quite attentive to detail with her clients, noticing any changes. She is also very proactive, coordinating things in the home. She will call the client's Dr and make appointments, ensuring the client's needs are met, to keep them safe in the home. Seven years of remarkable comments have come our way regarding Jeaneen, our February Care Pro of the month!!!! She is "always busy and proactive, anticipating needs" according to our most recent feedback! No grass grows under her feet in the client's homes! Recently, we had a client who changed their schedule to

accommodate what works best for Jeaneen, as she is so incredibly treasured by this family. Not only is she a great Care Pro, but she is also sweet and easy to get along with. We have heard our client say she is their new friend! Thank you so

Energetic, kind, helpful, professional; just a few of the many compliments we have received about Amber, our January Care Pro of the month! Amber has been with us almost two years and has been a steady favorite of many families. Families thank us for sending Amber to them and we often hear how impressed they are! One client said "Amber goes above & beyond. She does things without being asked & even does things she doesn't necessarily have to. Most recently, Amber came to our rescue, adjusting her schedule to come to the aid of another venerable client without care. We are incredibly blessed to have you as a part of our Home Instead family Amber! Keep up the great work!

Tanekia Stanley is the epitome of what Home Instead stands for. Having been a Care Pro for the better part of a dozen steady years for us, she proves repeatedly just how caring and dependable she is. Taneika has been honored by us over the years by being our Care Pro of the month several times because it is very well deserved.

Families give our office here in Easton, MD positive feedback on a consistent basis regarding Tanekia’s compassion. Clients are constantly dependent on Tanekia, having confidence in her abilities in all areas. A recent client, Janet U, told us “T is great, just wonderful.  She even sprays the dog’s feet with medicine that I cannot seem to do!”  Another client, Carol M, said, “T is amazing, she is wonderful, and we adore her.!”  When Tanekia is introduced to clients and their families, she becomes a constant; an honorary family member and is usually requested to be the only Care Pro in the house. Years ago, we had a client with advanced Alzheimer’s who was particularly angry and challenging.  Through Tanekia’s calm and collective spirit, she once again won her over and became the go to Care Pro for shifts! That client’s daughter, Elizabeth W, said “my mom really enjoys her visits with T, and she doesn’t enjoy anyone!”

The most recent sensational moment Tanekia displayed was regarding bedbugs.  Her client, who lives in a nice independent community, ended up with bedbugs.  Tanekia risked herself to being exposed and taking them home to her own family.  This was by not only staying with her client, but she helped her pack up her things to get the home exterminated.  Tanekia stayed, when the family even refused to show up.  This kind of persistence and kind-heartedness was recognized by the nurse at the independent living community, who called us specifically to make sure we knew how great Tanekia is.  She said T acts like a facilitator for the entire family!

These are just a few of the examples of how phenomenal “T’s” character is.  Home Instead is a better company, across the board because of this one Care Pro!

Please help us congratulate our December Care Pro of the month, Barbara! Barbara has been with us just over three years. In that time, she has become a favorite of several steady clients who need a higher level of care. She has seen clients through their time with hospice and has been a strong source of support for families. Once Barbara is in the home, she becomes the one that is requested. One client's wife said "Barbara is confident, she takes charge, and keeps my

husband engaged. I appreciate her!" One other client's daughter wanted us to know Barbara is a rock star. Having Barbara w/her dad brought her peace of mind. The hugs she gave were much needed & what she needed to get through the tough times. Way to go Barbara! We appreciate you and your dedication and compassion!

Ms. Ann has been with Home Instead on and off since 2010! She is loyal and dedicated to her Clients. She is a skilled Care Pro and excellent in every respect. She has taken many call-off shifts and always arrives at her clients homes with a smile. She is punctual, reliable and efficient with a wonderful personality and sense of humor. She has wonderful intuition and always knows what needs to be done. No one ever needs to ask her to do something twice. In all, Ms. Ann is a cherished employee of Home Instead. Her Clients and their families love her and consider her a first-rate Care Pro. So, letʼs hear it for Ms. Ann, our November Care Pro of the Month!

Please help us congratulate Brenda, our October Care Pro of the month!!! Brenda was previously with us for five years, took a break and came back to us this year, thank goodness! Brenda is an amazing person, on so many levels, putting others before herself. She is one of the most compassionate people we have ever encountered. She is trustworthy and becomes a part of the family (one current client keeps asking her to move in, "you can have the whole upstairs!" she says). That client's husband says Brenda is better than OK, she is a good friend! Another client's son said "I saw that the caregiver last night held my mom's hand while she was in bed which seemed to reduce the level of pain. I will also say it took real effort and kindness on the caregiver's part. While not obligated to it was a very compassionate gesture. I thank her for that!" Not only is she a great caregiver, but dependable and someone we can rely on here in the office. Brenda gives us great peace! Thank you, Brenda! This honor is well deserved and we appreciate you immensely!!!

Faithful, persistent and devoted. Just some of the adjectives to describe Cheryl, our magnificent September Care Pro of the month! Cherylynn joined the Home Instead family seven dedicated years ago and has been a constant for one particular client who just turned 102! This little lady would not have been able to stay home this entire time if it were not for Cherylynn. Not only does Cherylynn help her client get up and moving each morning but she comes back each night to get the client dinner and ready for bed, FIVE DAYS A WEEK!!!!!!! This has been ongoing since 2018!!!!! If that isn't consistency and dedication, we don't know what is! This is also to say Cheryl NEVER calls out! She knows just how much she is depended on! We appreciate you Cheryl so much, words can't even express! Congrats! Very well deserved!

 

Please help us congratulate Michelle, our August Care Pro of the month! Michelle has been with us about a year and a half and in that time has proven to be reliable and dedicated! Michelle drives quite a distance to get to her shifts and she is a steady, unwavering presence, providing peace of mind to the families of the clients she cares for. Michelle has some challenging cases, with a couple ladies who have some very advanced dementia. She shows up each shift with a positive and confident attitude! One of Michelle's clients never wants to do anything. The client was so upset someone besides her husband was in the home, that she locked her out of the house! Just another example of a behavior the client would not have exhibited if not for the disease. Thank you, Michelle, for your dedication to these long distance, grueling cases!

Please help us congratulate Gloria, our July Care Pro of the month! Gloria has been with us for most part of 14 years! She is incredibly dependable, arriving to each shift on time and ready to support her client in whatever way they need. Most recently, her true colors shined when she dealt with an emergency situation. Gloria arrived to find her client lying in the driveway, confused and dehydrated during a recent tremendously unhealthy heatwave. She covered him with an umbrella, got a cold cloth and water and called 911. Her efforts saved his life! Thank you, Gloria, for your compassion and all you do to keep our clients home and safe!!

Please help us congratulate Christine, our June Care Pro of the month! Christine has been with us going on two years now and in that time, she has proven to be very flexible with her schedule, adding shifts and accommodating our clients who need her. She quickly becomes a favorite, connecting with the family and providing the peace of mind that is so desperately needed when our clients call us. Most recently, she took charge in a situation where her client came home from the hospital to home and then passed out. The client ended up going back to the hospital. The family said they were so thankful for Chris, as they would not have known what to do! Thank you, Chris, for your skill, calm presence, and dedication. Tanekia has a very peaceful, laid-back presence that makes so many feel at ease. Tanekia is requested often so she certainly stays busy! Eva becomes a favorite and the only one the client wants! One of her past clients said, "Eva is very trustworthy and an excellent driver!" Her current client claps with excitement when she walks in the room. He is so happy to see her, and she spoils him with fabulous meals! Not only is she a spectacular care pro, but her character is astonishing. Her dedication to Home Instead is something we treasure immensely. Marcia has been a stable, dedicated care pro for Home Instead going on eight years. She is the essence of trustworthiness. She is at every shift, on time, providing excellent care for a current client that has significant dementia. At times, this client can be particularly difficult to shower, but taking no for an answer is not an option! Marcia's delivery is golden, as she is able to talk her client into getting the task done! We rest easy here at Home Instead, knowing she is on the schedule!

Sharon has been a dependable, compassionate care pro with our Home Instead family since 2018! Remarks from families regarding Sharon include "we are so incredibly appreciative for Sharon; we don't know what we would do without her!" Another family said, "we are so pleased, Sharon is a perfect fit, she goes above and beyond!" Not only does she provide great peace of mind to families, Sharon provides that to our office as well! We know we can depend on Sharon to arrive to the client's home when scheduled and even taking on other open shifts when necessary. An additional shout out for her is that she takes on many shorter shifts to help lower income, needy clients who desperately depend on her. Our hearts are full Sharon We appreciate your kindness and thinking of your client's needs first!

Vivacious, energetic, personable...just a few of the adjectives that describe Melissa, our January care pro of the month.  Melissa has been with us now a little over two years and she has certainly made a difference in the lives of our clients.  Melissa exudes confidence when she walks in a room!  Between her energy, confidence and willingness to jump right into situations, this month it was clear who we wanted to highlight for care pro of the month.  Melissa is also dedicated, arriving at each shift on time, and ready to make everyone around her feel special.  Her amazing love of animals is one other thing we need to mention, which enables her to bond with her animal-loving clients. Thank you, Melissa, you are incredibly cherished by our Home Instead family!  

Sandy has been with us going on 10 amazing years!  There is so much to say about Sandy.  She is soft spoken, dedicated and brilliant with her work.  When she is placed with a client she is there for years! Sandy is fantastic with dementia clients and makes great judgement calls.  A client’s daughter recently said that her mom is difficult, but Sandy is so patient and takes time to talk to her mom.  She is very detailed and concerned about her clients.  Sandy always arrives at her shifts, allowing her clients and the office to have full confidence in her, which means to world to families. Not only does she arrive at her shifts when scheduled but will come in early if needed. She calls the office to communicate important information to us as well. Sandy is the epitome of reliability, earning her this distinguished honor!  Thank you, Sandy, for your shining example of what it means to be a Home Instead Care Pro!!!

Longevity and steadiness are the name of the game with Cindy.  She has been a constant champion and source of support to us and the families she is with.  Cindy has been with our Home Instead family for just over 12 incredible years!!! Having overcome her own personal challenges recently, she managed to keep her chin up and her feet planted firmly on the ground, with a good outlook and a positive attitude on life.  Cindy has been with her most recent client now for about a year and a half, enabling her client's wife to enjoy getting out of the house without worry.  She knows her husband is in the best of hands.  Thank you, Cindy, for your stability, and your peaceful, easy spirit.  You are appreciated beyond measure!

Please help us congratulate Laurie, our September CarePro of the month! Laurie has been part of the Home Instead family for over five wonderful years. We are always confident placing Laurie with a family. She has been described as reliable, flexible and is always paying attention to detail. One client Laurie has been with for over two years feels so secure with Laurie, she will simply cancel the shift if Laurie is not available to make it for some reason. She is practically a family member! 

A recent client's husband went on and on about how wonderful Laurie has been. She has been kind, compassionate, always willing to find more to do and prompt.

Cindy has been with us for over 10 years!!!!! In this time, she has not only been a spectacular Care Pro, but she also handled some administrative duties for quite some time, taking emergency calls on the weekends. Cindy is incredibly sweet and kind. She is willing to step in and help with extra shifts for her clients whenever needed. Cindy is cognizant of how much her clients rely on her. Her character is full of compassion and is consistently proactive, so our clients have the best opportunity to stay in their homes. Last, recently while having a conversation with Cindy's client, he got teary-eyed when talking about how much Cindy means to him.

Please help us congratulate Deb, our July Care Pro of the month! Deb has been with our Home Instead family now for six fabulous years. She has become a foremost “go-to” when in an emergency. Deb is always willing to help with additional shifts when needed and is always putting the needs of her clients before her own. She is aware of the fragility of her clients and the requirements that need to be met for each one. Not only is she flexible and willing to be present, but she is also proficient, capable, and willing to help. Deb has a way of making someone feel comfortable, like she has been your friend for ages. The key characteristic that sticks out about Alice, our June Care Pro of the month, is when you first meet her, she exudes concern for others. She puts her clients first, often over her own needs. Alice only started here with us just over a year ago and has been nothing short of spectacular. When her name is mentioned to clients, their faces light up with smiles, because of how attentive and caring Alice is. She is a beautiful example of what Home Instead is all about. Jackie has been a part of the Home Instead family for five and a half years. In that time, she has proven to be a reliable, responsible Care Pro, becoming a long-standing part of any client's care. Most recently, Jackie's intuition came shining through. If anyone has lost a close loved one, you know what it means to be with them when they pass. Jackie's instinct was spot on, when just 14 minutes before her client passed, she called for his son, knowing it was going to be soon. Because of her attention to her client, reaction and compassion, our client's son was with his dad at a most precious moment. Thank you, Jackie, you are an invaluable part of our family. Congrats, and well deserved!

The choice we had to make for April Care Pro of the month was tough. So many of you showed such compassion and warmth towards your clients and their families. However, one Care Pro really moved us. Please help us congratulate Roger, our April Care Pro of the month! Roger has been a part of the Home Instead family since August of 2020. He has been a staple for one particular family for almost a year and a half. Roger was so dedicated to this gentleman that even when he had a personal emergency, he made it a point to arrive at the house, to ensure his client is cared for, putting the client's needs above his own. Due to hearing loss, our client thought Roger's name was Trevor, which Roger faithfully answered to. Last but not least, just a couple days before his client's passing, Roger prayed over his client, placing his hands on him and telling his client he is safe to be released into the hands of the Lord. This was so incredibly touching to the family, bringing tears to their eyes. Thank you Roger, for your dedication and thoughtfulness. These are the heartfelt stories we live for! We appreciate you, Roger!

Please help us congratulate Sandy, our March Care Pro of the month! Sandy has been a part of our Home Instead family since 2014! That is NINE incredible years of spectacular dedication! Sandy is so sweet and soft spoken. Our clients seem to just melt with her kindness. Not only our client's fall in love with Sandy, but the client's families as well! She is highly requested, and in return she is dependable. She will also tweak her shifts when we are in need of coverage. In that time, she has been incredibly dependable, flexible, and reliable. She never calls out, is willing to move her shifts around if needed and is willing to fill in on short notice. In addition, Cindy puts her all into her shifts, interacting with her clients, playing scrabble, walking, and talking with them. She always ensures they have everything they need and then some! Please help us congratulate our January Care Pro of the month, Dante! Dante has been a reliable part of our Home Instead family now for roughly 10 amazing years! Dante has been with a large number of clients in those 10 years and has risen to the challenge of all levels of care. Considering Dante’s level of experience, we can be confident knowing we have Dante in a family's home. Not only because of her vast knowledge but also because she is dependable. We know Dante will not only be at her shift, but she will be early, which is beneficial to the family and Care Pros she may be replacing. Dante will even call us and let us know that if a Care Pro is needed because of a call-off, that we can call her!  Last but not least, Dante is easy-going and never calls off from her shifts! Thank you, Dante, for the loyalty you show to Home Instead and our valuable clients!

Please help us congratulate Grace, our November Care Pro of the month! Grace has been a part of the Home Instead family since May of 2015, being a constant source of dependability for us and her clients. Grace is willing to drop anything and help with a client at the last minute. She is also highly requested. Once Grace is in a home, her warmth just makes you feel like you have been friends for years! She is so comfortable to be around, and you can just see how she cares. Grace has cared for some of our most in need, vulnerable clients. Trusted and true are the best words to describe her. We thank you Grace, for your dedication and for giving us, your clients, and your client's families such peace of mind!

Please help us congratulate Roger, our September 2022 Care Pro of the month! Roger has essentially been with our Home Instead family since 2016. Over and over, Roger has proven to be respectful and kind to not only his clients, but to the office staff as well! He will adjust his schedule to accommodate his clients and accepts extra shifts when he can. Roger is easy-going, never getting upset or disrespectful when in difficult situations. Above all, we commend him for never forgetting his client’s needs. He cares immensely and that shows through the tremendous efforts he makes. Thank you, Roger, for your constant communication, your dedication to your clients and for being the companion that so many of our clients need!

Please help us congratulate Shola, our August Care Pro of the month! Shola has been a part of the Home Instead family now for two and a half years, proving her stability and dedication the entire time. She has even found ways to get to her client when her car was being worked on! Shola is incredible with dementia clients, providing comfort to the client and peace to the family. Shola was also part of a team of Care Professionals for a short-term client recently and the son had to say this..."every single caregiver was on time, professional, ready to work and above all, compassionate and caring. The whole experience of working with Home Instead was amazing. We are so grateful to have this company and these folks in our community." Please help us congratulate Jerimel, our July Care Pro of the month! We will often mention the longevity of a Care Pro. However, this month, we are honoring Jerimel, having proven himself in one short year. He is very pleasant, always shows up for his shifts, goes above and beyond and cares about his clients. Having only been with two clients in the year he has been with us, he has proven his dedication to each one. He makes families feel comfortable with his skills and is extremely reliable to the office, and for that, we are extraordinarily appreciative. Congratulations Jerimel, for a great first year! We love longevity here at Home Instead. This is yet another month of honoring another CAREGiver who not only has been a wonderful all-around caregiver but has also been with us for almost seven years! In her seven years with us, Carolyn has been a long-standing part of many families lives. Once she steps foot in the door, she can adjust to whatever the needs are. From seeing a client be alert and physically active to being bed-bound, Carolyn doesn’t hesitate. She does it all. She is currently a blessing to a family who says there is a huge difference with their mom and how she is doing since Carolyn started. She is a great match and has made a big impact with her care! They say mom is like a different person now that Carolyn is with her. She is her buddy. Thank you, Carolyn for your consistency that families depend on! Please help us congratulate Jean, our May CAREGiver of the month! Jean has successfully been a part of the Home Instead family for just a couple months short of 10 years! In that time, Jean has proven to be dependable, trustworthy, and able to form long-standing relationships with clients and their families. One family recently wrote us a lengthy letter.

During this whole mess with COVID, Jean has proven repeatedly how much she cares. She provides incredible peace of mind. Please help us congratulate our April CAREGiver of the month, Trudy!!! Trudy has been a part of the Home Instead family since August of 2019. Trudy has been tremendously reliable. We have heard comments from her clients including being called a client’s “everything; she is so very kind and thoughtful.” Another client told us she has been a good constant for him, and she is a good cook! Finally, Trudy proved her dependability this winter by trudging out in the snow, to cover a shift for a lady who couldn’t be alone. Unfortunately, because of the frightening weather, we had several open shifts and Trudy came through for us. She went above and beyond, traveling in the snow and staying the night so she could be there for her client in the morning. This is the kind of dedication that our clients and their families are SO incredibly grateful for! Thank you, Trudy, for your commitment and passion to help! We appreciate you!!!!

Please help us in congratulating Tammy, our March CAREGiver of the month! Tammy has been a faithful, dependable asset to Home Instead for over four years! We can depend on Tammy to make it to her shift, no matter the weather, even slipping and sliding this winter during our frightening snowstorms! In addition to showing up for her clients, she is excellent in each home while she is there. We have had many positive comments from client's family members over the years. One comment was "Tammy is a great fit for my father-in-law and is really chill, which is opposite of me....which is great! She can handle more than I can!"

Please help us congratulate our February CAREGiver of the month, Wilisha! Having been with us now well over a year, Wilisha has proven to be dependable, compassionate, and proactive. One client recently said "she goes above and beyond. You should write down everything Wilisha does and when you hire someone, tell them, this is what you need to do, just like Wilisha." One other example is just recently, her client was not her normal self. Even though the client was not agreeable, Wilisha took action, made the necessary calls and the client was medically treated appropriately. Thank you, Wilisha, for your determination to ensure your clients are cared for in the best way possible!

Please help us congratulate Eva West, our CAREGiver of the month for January 2022! Eva was nominated for her unwavering dedication to her clients, excellent personal care skills and willingness to help whenever needed. She treats her clients with respect and kindness and her smile brightens the day for everyone she encounters! In the past year since she started with us, we have heard time and time again how much our clients “Love their Eva” and want her in their home as much as possible! The bond that she has with a particular client is absolutely amazing. She has stated that "the sun rises and sets with Eva". She has shown, and continues to show, compassion, leadership, and knowledge throughout the time she has been with Home Instead and we are very grateful and appreciative of her!

Please help us congratulate Kathy, our October CAREGiver of the month! Kathy has almost been a part of the Home Instead family for almost two years and has been a proven asset to our clients! Kathy has always been dependable, attentive, and caring. This past year, she was placed with a client who calls Kathy her "second mother." It is quite impressive to see the two of them interacting. With Kathy spending 40 hours a week with this client, she certainly knows the ins and outs of every aspect of her client's care. Kathy ensures our client gets to all her therapy and Dr. appointments. They have become fast friends! Thank you, Kathy, for your dedication to our client. Peace of mind is had by us and the families you care for!

Please help us congratulate Erica, our September CAREGiver of the month! Having just celebrated three years with Home Instead, Erica is an extremely valuable part of our team! Erica has been a vital part of several families lives, with one family relying heavily on Erica's expertise. Erica has been able to keep this couple independent by providing delicious meals, cleaning, ensuring they take their medications, running errands, scheduling appointments, and make certain they get everywhere they need to be. As one of our client's children recently said, "we want Erica caring for us and keeping us straight some day!" She is an absolute treasure, thorough and highly reliable! Thank you, Erica for all you do! We are fortunate to have you as a part of our team!

We are thrilled to announce that Iris Adams is our August 2021 - CAREGiver of the Month! When asked about Iris, the office staff gushes that she has the real heart of a CAREGiver. Not only is she reliable and professional, but she connects quickly with each client she is sent to. They relate to her and trust her almost instantly. She treats each of her clients as if they were her own family, and they soon adopt her into their hearts. She is so deserving of this recognition, and we can't thank her enough for being such a reliable, compassionate, and diligent CAREGiver.

Please help us congratulate Cherylynn, our July CAREGiver of the month! Cherylynn has been a part of the Home Instead family since November of 2017. She is kind, compassionate and dedicated. She is so dedicated in fact, that she has been with the same client since December of 2018! Cherylynn fulfills not one, but two shifts a day, five days a week for this client. Cherylynn keeps her client active and lively, taking her out shopping, which she loves! Finally, we admire the fact that Cherylynn is loyal and committed, never stating that she can’t complete her shift. Thanks, Cherylynn for your consistency! We and the family appreciate you! This award is well deserved!!! 

Congratulations to the May 2021 CAREGiver of the Month, Ann Gerhardt, who has been with us for 11 years! Ann won CAREGiver of the Year back in 2011 and has been consistent every year since. She is reliable and always willing to help by picking up last-minute shifts when she can. We are constantly impressed by the care she provides and her ability to go above and beyond to put her clients first. Several clients and their loved ones have called and attested to Ann as a highly experienced, knowledgeable, caring, reliable, and helpful caregiver. They also expressed that she is someone who overall has a great heart, and we could not agree more! Thank you, Ann, for being such an integral part of our Home Instead team!

Sandra has been with us since January 2013 and truly exemplifies the true meaning of a CAREGiver. She cares for each of her clients as if they were her own family and has such a strong work ethic. She works hard to ensure every one of her clients’ needs are met, physically and emotionally.

We are so grateful to have her as a committed member of our team! Her clients rave about her and we are thrilled to be able to recognize her hard work and dedication.

Sam comes to mind as a match for so many clients who share a light-hearted personality! Not only can Sam connect on a personal level, but he is also quite qualified, having many years' experience working with patients in nursing homes. He is dependable, trustworthy, and dedicated. We have awarded Tama with this honor because of the dedication she has shown to her clients, as well as her unwavering care and kindness.  She has such a warm and caring heart and is very committed to her clients. Corrine is many things, but most importantly she is sweet, confident and respectful to everyone around her. She is enthusiastic about her job and is very caring, dependable, and makes families feel as ease in what is most often an emotional time. Corrine has a caring heart and truly loves being able to be help our clients age with dignity in their homes.

Having had her own significant losses in life, Thresa is full of compassion, not only as a CAREGiver, but simply as a human being.  Thresa can reach the depths of others' feelings, difficulties, and challenges having had them herself and she still SHOWS UP.
