Dec 2024 Care Professional of the Month: Karly
Karly has been with Home Instead for almost a year, when she joined Home Instead, she was new to the field. She started working with companionship care clients and she now works with Personal care clients.
Karly enjoys working with clients to build trust and friendships with the clients and says that the key to being a great caregiver is having patience, compassion, and understanding for the client. Since joining Home Instead, she has learned that it’s OK to take time for yourself, to be the best you can for your clients, and you have to take every day as it comes.
