Lead Care Pro

As a Lead Care Pro, you'll serve as a mentor, trainer, and leader while continuing to provide exceptional care to our clients. This role is perfect for an experienced caregiver who enjoys supporting others and helping maintain the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fill-in coverage for open and urgent client shifts
  • Welcome and introduce new Care Pros to clients
  • Mentor and train new caregivers through shadow and training shifts
  • Teach hands-on caregiving skills, including:
    • Catheter care
    • PureWick systems
    • Safe transfers (Sit-to-Stand, Spryte, Manual & Electric Hoyer)
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) visits in client homes
  • Communicate client updates and concerns with the office team
  • Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding
  • Help facilitate Dementia & Alzheimer's training
  • Deliver client supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist with office support, including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Install and educate clients and caregivers on the Sensi AI monitoring system
  • Obtain required Sensi consent forms from clients and Care Pros
  • Maintain accurate documentation using company technology

What You'll Need

  • Flexibility to assist with urgent scheduling needs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to carry and maintain a stocked supply bag (gloves, masks, gait belt, log sheets, etc.)
  • Comfortable using an iPad and technology for documentation and communication
