Home Instead is hiring a Business Development Advisor for Essex County, MA to grow our in-home care network through strategic sales, relationship-building, and client care support.
About the Role
The Business Development Advisor is a high-impact, field-based position focused on driving revenue growth for Home Instead’s Boxford and Peabody franchises. The role blends consultative sales, market analysis, and client care to expand the client base and strengthen partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Analysis: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase market share and client acquisition. Analyze trends, competition, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and referral sources such as hospitals, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and physicians
Client Care & Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients and their families, facilitate introductions between clients and Care Pros, and perform quality assurance visits to ensure high care standards
Sales Execution: Execute targeted sales strategies, conduct in-person meetings, and support new care starts when needed
Community Outreach: Represent Home Instead at industry events, health fairs, and community meetings; develop local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software, track KPIs, and report on sales goals

Work Environment
Location: On-site in our Boxford, MA office with travel throughout Essex County, MA.
Work Type: Full-time, field-based role with frequent travel throughout the territory.
