Administrative Assistant

Merrimack Valley North

  • Answer all incoming calls. Identify the appropriate staff member for the call and transfer the call
  • Listening to voicemails from night before (and weekend) & reporting follow up to office.
  • Monitor the dashboard and act as backup to Scheduling Coordinator to address missed clock in/outs. Schedule and fill in shifts as needed, fill call outs, and open shifts.
  • Make sure all outgoing mail goes out each evening by 5pm.
  • Collect mail once dropped off, disperse to appropriate team members. Payment envelopes
  • Fill all supplies as needed for office.
  • Call for any issues for the copier, direct to Cartridge World, contact Brian.
  • Put away all supplies delivered to office, i.e. ink/toner/paper/ Ideal Images items/ etc.
  • Employer expects Employee to complete all job duties as assigned.
