As we age, changes in our senses can affect how we interact with the world around us. As Home Instead provides home care in New Orleans, LA, we constantly see the struggles of seniors with aging senses, so we decided to join the New Orleans Continuity of Care (NOCC) meeting this March to discuss how we can all better support the seniors in our lives.
The presentation will be led by our Home Care Consultant, Scarlet, and Inquiry Specialist, Amber. They will dive into what it's like to live with the loss of sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. The event is on Wednesday, March 11th, at Notre Dame Hospice, 3330 N Causeway. Our presentation is at noon. Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
