Home Instead provided daily care for my 92 year old dad for over a year. Each individual ensured his needs were met and that any concerns were well communicated. A ex emotional nature was Caregiver Isella N. She went above and beyond to ensure my dad’s comfort and that every need and desire he had was filled. As his condition worsened Isella just gave more. Her reply, no matter what. No problem, I am here for you. Compassion, empathy, connection to name a few qualities. Our family could not have asked for more or been able to care for dad without Isella. We had several caregivers over the years and Isella was the best and then there was the rest. Thank You Home Instead Staff and especially Isella.

Just finished up a three-year plus relationship with the Metairie Home Instead franchise. They were fantastic from the get-go. Communication was exceptional. At first, they were there to assist my mom in caring for my dad who suffered from aphasia. After dad passed, they stayed on to help twice a week with my mom. We only stopped when it came time to move mom to an assisted living facility. Mom grew very attached to her primary Home Instead caregivers. First, there was Viola, who mom absolutely loved. But Viola, unfortunately, suffered a broken foot ans was out of the rotation for a while. During the interim, Rose took Viola's place as our regular Tuesday/Thursday provider. And mom promptly fell in love with Rose, too. Mom liked Rose so much that, on the rare occasions when Rose had a conflict, mom opted to go without care rather than have a different provider sub in. That's not a knock on the Home Instead bench--it's really just that mom felt really comfortable with Rose and had reached an age where the thought of learning someone new was stressful to her.

Home Instead did a fantastic job with my parents. They were both in their late 90's and wanted to enjoy their final years together and in their home. The staff helped take care of them and made sure life was comfortable and safe.

Our family has been so pleased with Home Instead Metairie and their care givers. Everyone from the beginning of the process has been so professional and caring and so helpful. I can't remember everyone's names but Hillary and Ashley and Amber in the office were delightful. Our Caretaker Lynette has been phenomenal. She swooped in and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to handle it all with grace. It's challenging because she is not only handling my father but my elderly mother as well! Lynette had a sub one day Irion who was also fabulous and I'm just so impressed with their professionalism throughout this whole process. Home Instead is lucky to have these great employees representing them. They're doing it right!
