Carol Vick is honored to be the owner of the Home Instead Lafayette Franchise. Lafayette Home Instead Senior Care franchise. Before moving to Lafayette and purchasing the franchise, Carol served as a human resources director for a large home health agency in Boise, Idaho.
Carol is committed to improving the lives of her clients, CAREGivers and anyone else that she meets along the way. “I remember when I purchased the franchise from the previous owner in 2001. It was an exciting and heartfelt time for me. Just knowing that so many families would put their trust in me to care for their loved ones was so humbling." After owning her Home Instead Senior Care franchise for more than a decade, Carol says that feeling still remains.
Carol's goals for Home Instead has remained consistent through the years, with her focus always on creating the best quality customer service and matching the right CAREGiver to each client's needs. Carol has assembled a top-notch team to support the needs of her clients. She continues to look for training and development opportunities so that everyone on staff is well-equipped for the ever-changing industry and needs of the aging population, including Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.

Crystal August is originally from Jeanerette, Louisiana and a graduate of Jeanerette Senior High. Following High School, Crystal continued her education in Nursing at Southern University. Crystal is now a resident of Lafayette, LA and is the mother of son, JaKyre and her daughter, Destini.
Preceding her career with the Home Instead Lafayette team, Crystal had worked in an accounting position for five years. The senior care industry was a new and different atmosphere than her prior role, but she proved to be well-suited for the Service Coordinator position and thrived! Her ample knowledge and insight of Home Instead Lafayette has resulted in efficiencies within the office and client satisfaction, which is her first priority. Crystal says she cherishes the relationships she has developed with the CAREGivers, Clients, and the Client's families.
The team is grateful beyond measure for her thirteen years dedicated to Home Instead to enhance the Client-CAREGiver experience.
