Home Instead is urgently seeking a compassionate and dependable overnight CAREGiver to join our Paducah team! If you’re dedicated to helping aging adults remain safe and comfortable in their homes—especially during the overnight hours—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing (11PM–7AM Shifts):

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Light housekeeping and assistance with evening or morning routines

• Monitoring safety throughout the night

• Medication reminders

• Specialized care for Alzheimer’s and dementia (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and dependable nature

• Strong communication and reliability

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)

• Overnight and weekend availability

• No experience required—paid training is provided!
