Muncie, Indiana Notable Event Honoring Our Nation's Service Animals & Their Handlers

At Home Instead, we understand the bond between service members and their animal companions, which is why we strive to provide the best home care in Muncie, Indiana, for veterans and their pets. We are honored to spotlight a special program that pays tribute to these brave partners: "Stubby Salutes."

This program honors the courage of service animals and their handlers. The presentation is inspired by Sergeant Stubby, the most decorated war dog of WWI, as well as the military dog memorial sculptures created by American Sculptor, Susan Bahary, which are installed at national cemeteries across the U.S. If you're interested in learning more, join the talk on Thursday, January 8th, from 1:45pm to 2:45pm in the Meeting Room at the Carnegie Library (CA), 301. E. Jackson St.

Please stop in and show respect for the incredible service these animals and their handlers provide to our nation. Supporting events that honor our veterans and their companions is important to us, and we hope you can find time to attend this meaningful event.
