Happy New Year, Southport! If your 2026 resolutions involve working on your health and wellness, Home Instead just found Through the Ages Fitness (TTAF) Low Impact Exercise sessions, designed for older adults who want to work out without putting undue stress on their joints. TTAF uses fun, theme-based routines to activate your brain while you move your body. These sessions are primarily seated, so they are accessible for a range of mobility levels.
The next session is Thursday, January 15th. If you can't make this one, no worries. This fitness class meets every Thursday from 11am to Noon at the Indianapolis Public Library - Southport Branch on 2630 E Stop 11 Rd. These classes are free, but they are very popular, so be sure to register early through the Library's Event Page.
