March is National Nutrition Month, and sometimes we all need a little more inspiration than just fruit to keep our energy up! The Home Instead team is excited to spotlight an upcoming event that dives deep into how to eat well.
On Tuesday, March 10th, from Noon to 1pm, the Diabetes Impact Project - Indianapolis is hosting a special Nutrition Education Class at the Indianapolis Public Library, 2121 W Michigan St. They’ll discuss accessible nutrition strategies, cultural food traditions, and how simple actions can support wellness for the whole family. You'll even get to enjoy food samples and take home fresh recipes to try in your own kitchen, plus a chance to win some fun giveaways!
We love sharing these kinds of educational events because we want seniors in our community to have access to tools that keep them happy and healthy. While our team is busy providing the best home care in Indianapolis, we’re always cheering you on as you take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Be sure to register on the Nutrition Education Class Event Page to save your seat at the table!
