At Home Instead, we love seeing our local seniors stay active throughout the winter months. One of our favorite ways to beat the "winter blues" is by picking up an artistic hobby. We are excited to spotlight the Winter Watercolor Workshop at the Danville-Center Township Public Library as a way to embrace the season and get a little creative.
On Thursday, January 29th, from 5:30 to 6:30pm, instructors at the Danville-Center Township Public Library, 101 S Indiana St, will guide you step-by-step through the process of painting a winter wonderland using watercolors! No experience is necessary! Registration is required for this event, so be sure to sign up by visiting the Library's Event Page.
Watercolor is a particularly fantastic medium for seniors because of its gentle, forgiving nature. While our team is usually focused on providing home care in Danville, Indiana, we’re always encouraging our clients to explore new hobbies, and a library workshop is the perfect place to start.
