Caregiver | In-Home Help 4 Memory Care Client | M - F [9a - 1p] | Fishers

Do You?
- have at least 1 year Caregiving Experience, either personal by caring for a family member or professional?
- have aValid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance?
- have a valid CPR Certification
- have a 2-step TB test result
- pass aCriminal Background Check & drug test?
- Provide proof of citizenship or work authorization?
Your Schedule:
- looking to fill shifts from 1 pm to 7 pm Monday through Friday
- Also, looking to filll a shift on Tuesdays and Fridays 2 pm to 6:30p.m.
Your Job Responsibilities:
- Companionship, Conversation, & Activities
- Stand-by Assist, Mobility, Transfers
- Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light Housekeeping & Laundry
- Occasional Transportation – errands or appointments
