Meet Our Team

I am thrilled to be the owner of the Fort Wayne Home Instead Franchise. I have always been drawn to entrepreneurial adventures especially ones that combine business with meaning and purpose. My passion is making life better for Fort Wayne's aging adults and their families. My professional life to date has been a combination of business ventures and mission-oriented adventures. It is an absolute joy to be part of the mission to expand the world's capacity to care. On the personal front, I have been married to Ellen since 1995 and we have three kids, Lindley, Mallory, and James, and a son in law, Josh. At the moment, life is full of kids’ activities ranging from soccer to clarinet to tennis. I enjoy running, soccer, the outdoors and just about any new adventure that comes my way.

Steph is the Training and Engagement Coordinator at Home Instead. She brings a deep passion for serving aging adults to her role. She began her journey with the company in May 2025, following two years of experience as a private home caregiver. Her professional roots trace back even further, having worked with seniors as a hairdresser in nursing homes throughout her life. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, and their Goldendoodle, Myrtle.

Megan joined the Home Instead team at the end of April 2023 as the Office Coordinator. She graduated from Grace College in May 2022 and received her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. Previously, she worked as an RBT at Partner’s in Autism and a Psychometrist at Fort Wayne Neuropsychology. Megan has always loved working with seniors, and her first high school job was working in dietary at a nursing home. She has a huge heart for others, and one of the most important things to her is to love others just as God loves us. She has two little dogs, a Maltese named Haley, and a Havanese named Marley. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends. Megan has a huge passion for dance, and a love for anything Disney. 

Hello everyone! I am Stephanie! I joined the Home Instead Team at the end of December 2023 as the On Call Coordinator. I have always had a passion for healthcare which led me to obtain my master’s degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Management from Western Governor’s University. I get to fulfill this passion by ensuring our clients are cared for and treated like family members and not just a number in the healthcare system. Speaking of family, my husband Scott and I have been married since 2015. We have amazing twin children, Lyla and Raidyn, who keep us on our toes. We also have two fur babies, Lil Pup, our white husky, and Charlie, our Golden Retriever. We also have two horses, Geraldine and Butters. We love spending time together as a family, traveling, and caring for our mini farm. 

Hello everyone, I am Brandi! I started with HomeInstead in May of 2024. I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing team! Taking care of people has always been a passion of mine. I have worked in the medical field for over 12 years as a medical assistant. Making sure everyone is cared for and treated as family is my goal. Speaking of family, I recently got engaged. I have 2 beautiful daughters, Peyton, and Rylee, and 2 dogs River and Remi. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, watch my girls play sports, vacation to anywhere warm and run! 

I am the Service Coordinator; I joined the team at the beginning of May. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne. In my free time I like to cook, bake, and read. I have 6 nieces and nephews that are always with me. My favorite part of my job is engaging with the CarePros, and seeing the new hires grow and become confident in the amazing work that they do.

Hi, I'm Sophia and I serve as the Client Care Advisor at Home Instead. I joined the team in May 2025  bringing with me a strong background as an Executive Assistant in the healthcare field, where I supported executive leadership at several of the area’s most respected healthcare organizations.

What inspires me most in this role is the opportunity to lead with kindness and connect with seniors and their families in meaningful ways. I’ve always believed in the power of compassion and building genuine relationships, and I feel grateful to support individuals during such a significant time in their lives. It’s important to me to ensure every person I meet feels respected, valued and understood.

Outside of the office, I enjoy kayaking, reading, and spending time with my pet rabbit Kahlo. I’m honored to be part of a team that shares my passion for integrity, compassion and relationship-centered care.

I joined Home Instead in November 2024 with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives. With over a decade of experience in the industry—specializing in training, leadership, healthcare scheduling, and client support—I thrive on creating smooth and efficient processes while ensuring excellent care.

Outside of work, I love traveling and going on road trips. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring new places. I’m grateful to be part of this wonderful team and truly enjoy the work we do together!

Welcome Home!  Two incredible words, full of emotion - especially if you have been away for a little or long time. I joined the Home Instead team in November of 2025.  I have been in the marketing and educational arena for all my career and truly enjoy serving others and trying to make their life the best it can be. My faith drives me to help others, and I would be honored to help you and your family navigate through the season that you find yourself in today. I have walked with my parents and other loved ones, in various caregiving roles for the past 30 years and truly understand much of what your families are going through and how overwhelming it can be to navigate. I would be happy to help answer any questions and help you find the resources that you need to stay in the home you love.  My home is often filled with our amazing 3 young adult children and their friends, my fantastic husband, John, and our spoiled rotten dog, Sammi Sue.  We love to  play games, go on adventures, and be outside.

Hi! I’m Van and I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have worked on a Customer Experience Team for an online retail brand for several years and while there I had the chance to lead and manage teams. Now I am working for a company that is person-centered, has a heart and passion for its people. This has been a great blessing for me. And my goal is to bring out the best of my abilities to contribute and grow with the organization and to serve our clients with the utmost excellence.

About myself, I love coffee, specifically iced and hot black coffee. I have a pet cat named Ulap. Also, I have a motorbike and I like to go on adventures with it on my days off. I love running during my free time. And if we bumped into each other, I might ask you for a movie recommendation 😀.
