Home Instead in Evansville IN has been extremely kind to me.They have taken care of every detail needed to get me a caregiver for personal home care. The caregiver they provided was Ashley and from the first day I knew Ashley was going to be a great fit. She is very helpful and sweet. She is always willing to help with anything asked of her. Ashley also sees everyday things that need completed and she automatically does so without being asked. Katie is a one of a kind keeper! From day one she was very professional, kind, good appearance and ready to get started. I felt like I’ve known her for years and we have so much in common. She started with me when I don’t things could have been much worse. I’ve never had to ask for help in the past I’ve always been pretty independent so this is a change for my lifestyle and Katie has made it easy to adjust. It also is a big PLUS because you work with the same person rather than having different people all the time......She brought to me hope and positive feelings about getting better and without any hesitation is ready to tackle anything you need. I hadn’t have very good experiences in the past with home care so needless to say I am so pleased and look forward to her visits. Thank you Adam great match!

I have been very happy with the people at Home Instead. The person whom comes to help me each Tuesday and Thursday is Karen N. She has been coming for several months. Karen does whatever she can to help me both personally and around the house. I would definitely recommend Home Instead if you have this type of need.

The personalized service and respect provided to me based upon my needs and health. I am so appreciative to the staff for their hard work in finding a caregiver who fits my needs, lifestyle and the positive energy brought into my home. A significant impact on my emotional well being and positive energy is clearly evident by my husband as he has made comments on multiple occasions. The current caregiver in my home, April, is a true blessing. She has gone above and beyond expectation.
I believe things happen for a reason. There was a reason I went to HISC first. My mom had fell and broke 3 ribs. The Dr. at first said nursing home then said could not go. I had to take a day off work and I went to HISC and on one day it was done. We have had different caregivers and they have all been great. HISC have helped with everything that has come up.
My mom had a stroke and we wanted to bring her to be with family -- not the hospital. Home Instead helped us the same day we called. We couldn't have done it without them!
Home Instead is an excellent company. They provide service in large measure due to two wonderful caregivers: Joyce J. and Jeanette.
Home Instead did a really good job. After surgery, I was limited on everything my normal schedule entailed. Home Instead caregivers came in and took care of everything I could not. They were caring and understanding. They also gave me the feeling of independence and comfort of being at home while working through my health needs.
We worked with Home Instead Senior Care for my neighbor who needed immediate 24/7 care. They were absolutely wonderful. They had someone there within 2 hours and were wonderful with scheduling. The ladies that came were caring, kind and really made her comfortable with having an unknown person in her home.
