We used Home Instead care for my mother. In the beginning,we needed care just a few hours each day, but as Mom's illness progressed, hours needed increased. Candi was very helpful in providing help we needed in various ways. As 24 hr care was needed, shifts were always covered. Every caregiver was knowledgeable, attentive,and on time. When barges would delay traffic on the bridge or bad weather developed, each caregiver kept in touch with each other to cover that shift. They also cared about family! This organization is caring and very competent! As time passed, they became our second family.And my Mom liked them all. She enjoyed when they sat with her to do puzzles, which was so good for her.
