As a Home Care Consultant, you will play a dual role - you'll leverage your sales expertise to build relationships with hospitals, facilities, and other key healthcare providers while nurturing client relationships and driving sales. As the primary point of contact for families, you'll address inquiries, resolve concerns, provide guidance, and match clients with services that best meet their needs. You’ll ensure client satisfaction, build loyalty, and contribute directly to the growth of our mission-driven business.

Job Requirements

  • Driver's license, car insurance, and your own vehicle used to drive yourself for work every day
  • Outside Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Salesforce Experience, or similar platform
  • WellSky Experience, or similar platform
  • Caregiving (preferred, but not required)
  • Care Plan Writing (preferred, but not required)

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Daily face-to-face marketing to Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, Senior Centers, Hospice, etc.
  • Manage designated region, managing the overall region sales pipeline
  • Daily input and utilization of Salesforce CRM
  • Development and execution of strategic sales plans as they relate to specific opportunities within assigned territory
  • Maintain and update sales plans, account and opportunity data within company systems as directed
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Convert RPN referrals to commitments for consultations, evaluations, proposals, or sales
  • Generate quotes, proposals, sales reports, pipeline reports, and sales analysis of moderate complexity as necessary
  • Meet and exceed sales plan as the primary interface between customers and internal operations
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure balancing of onboarding new clients with onboarding new Care Pros to maintain an optimal balance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and families during the care journey
  • Conduct in-home consultations and create personalized service care plans
  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide families toward care decisions
  • Maintain follow-up with prospective clients to build trust and close the sale
  • Coordinate care delivery with Care Pros and office staff
  • Conduct quality assurance visits to ensure ongoing client satisfaction

  • Experienced in senior care, social work, healthcare, or client services
  • Organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator
  • Skilled at problem-solving and comfortable guiding families during emotional moments

  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
