Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s finances, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies, and providing timely and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Generate financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and related filings.
  • Support audits and tax preparation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
