Position Overview
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support our financial planning and decision-making processes. This role will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance and support business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and skilled in identifying trends that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Support budgeting and long-term financial planning.
- Identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist management in decision-making with financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- 2–4 years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, modeling, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
