We love finding local events that spark creativity, especially when they’re designed with older adults in mind. At Home Instead, we’re always on the lookout for local events that keep seniors happy and active, and this upcoming craft in Moultrie is one worth sharing.
On Thursday, May 22, from 11:30am to 1:30pm, seniors are invited to join a Welcome Mat Painting session at The Arts Center in Moultrie, 401 7th Ave. This is a free activity (funded by SCOA) that will give older adults the chance to design and paint their very own welcome mats.
No art experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new!
