The holiday season is all about giving, and at Home Instead, our Be a Santa to a Senior program ensures that older adults in our community feel the warmth of the season. Each year, we work with local donors and volunteers to provide gifts to seniors who may otherwise spend the holidays without a present to unwrap. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to spread joy once again this year.
It was great to see the Valdosta Daily Times highlight our program, helping to spread the word and encourage even more people to help. With the help of our incredible community, we collected and wrapped hundreds of gifts, which were then delivered to local seniors.
We want to thank everyone who participated. Whether you donated presents or volunteered your time, your generosity made this holiday season brighter for many seniors.
