She began with Home Instead in January 2025 and found that recruiting can be twice as rewarding as she once thought, finding meaningful jobs for top tier caregivers and changing the lives of seniors in the community! Shea hopes to continue to grow with Home Instead for many years to come. Out of office, she spends every possible moment with her fiancé and toddler son.
