Kelee King - Chief Operating Officer
Kelee joined Home Instead in 2018 and offers extensive knowledge of senior care in addition to her passion and caring for seniors and their families. Her experience, enthusiasm and winning personality is perfect for connecting with the community and referral sources. She is an expert in developing relationships to further promote the services offered by Home Instead. Jane Lynch - Director of Finance and Administration
Jane has been with Home Instead since 2010. With more than 20 years’ experience in the finance field, she enjoys utilizing her business knowledge to foster great relationships between families and the office team. Kasey Mathews - Director of Business Development
Kasey joined the Home Instead team in 2024 and is a wealth of knowledge as a trusted resource in the medical and non-medical fields. She has a BBA with a minor in sports marketing, an MBA and is also a licensed nurse. Her passion for helping others is shown through her previous work experience in the ER, Long Term Care, Home Health and Hospice. Kasey is a developmental leader and focuses on teaching her team how to be successful at building trusted relationships. Home Instead allows her to develop and nurture relationships with referral sources, clients and their families along with helping the community learn what services are truly available to them. Valerie Hymel - Regional Operations Manager
Valerie Hymel joined Home Instead in 2022. She has a nursing (LPN) background in the military and in the civilian sector; she is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist who rejoined Home Instead after years of working in Ohio, where she recruited emergency medicine physicians. Her service in the Armed Forces (199th Support Hospital and 159th MASH), and managing experience make her the ideal candidate for her position as Regional Operations Manager. She loves helping people be the best they can be, and she uses her skills in coaching and mentoring to help them shine. She is passionate about leading teams to achieve their full potential. Traci Phipps - Regional Director of Business Development
Traci Phipps joined Home Instead in 2026 as our Regional Director of Business Development. Traci brings a wealth of expertise from her previous roles as a sales representative at a durable medical equipment supply company and an account executive at a hospice company. She holds a degree in Business Education from Southeast Missouri State University.
Traci was drawn to Home Instead by our shared commitment to caring for individuals with the same dedication and compassion she desires for her own family. She is passionate about building relationships and helping families find the support they need, values that are central to our mission at Home Instead.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Traci now proudly considers herself a Georgia girl. Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and cherishing time with her husband of over 30 years, her two sons, grandson, and grandpups. April Abbott - Home Care Manager
April joined Home Instead in 2025. She is from Conyers, GA and went to Dekalb Community College. She has experience in real estate and managed apartments, rentals and commercial buildings. She also managed a pediatric office for 20 years. April chose to join Home Instead because she has always been compassionate, caring and ready to help as many people as possible. She loves being part of a team that cares deeply about their clients and staff. Outside of work, April loves spending time with her daughter and rescuing cats. Stephania Hart - Client Care Advisor
Stephania Hart joined Home Instead in 2024. She is originally from Tennessee. Stephania received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennesse in Knoxville in Foreign Language - German and has a minor in Business. The majority of Stephania's experience in the work force has been in account management for marketing and promotional products, as well as business development for staffing. She was drawn to Home Instead because she loves helping families. Outside of work she enjoys anything having to do with fitness, attending concerts and enjoying time with her family and her children's activities. She is also a foodie and she loves horses. Savannah Wolthoff - Client Care Advisor
Savannah Wolthoff joined Home Instead in 2026 as a Client Care Advisor. Originally from Loganville, GA, she graduated with honors from Loganville High School and studied Marine Biology at the University of West Florida. Before joining our team, Savannah worked as a Marine Mammal Stranding Technician and a Veterinary Assistant for small animals and exotics. Known for her compassion and care for both people and pets, Savannah has always been driven to help those in need. She was drawn to Home Instead because of its commitment to assisting individuals in the comfort of their own homes, recognizing the company's value and heart. In her spare time, Savannah enjoys spending time with her family, her high school sweetheart husband, and her dogs. Medinah Ali - Business Development Advisor
Medinah Ali joined Home Instead in 2025. She is a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University, Medinah has built her career around connection, communication, and service. Before joining Home Instead, she worked in real estate as a licensed Realtor®, helping individuals and families navigate major life transitions with empathy and understanding skills that align perfectly with Home Instead’s mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their loved ones.
Medinah was drawn to Home Instead because of its heart-centered approach to care and its commitment to building meaningful relationships with clients and families. She values trust, respect, and kindness in every interaction, and she takes pride in creating a positive experience for those she serves.
Outside of work, Medinah enjoys writing, traveling, and spending time with her family and her beloved dog. Her family is very close, and she credits them for teaching her the importance of love, laughter, and community values she brings into her work every day.
